Updating my review from one star to five. K beauty on amazon is fine as long as it comes from official retailer. First one arrived with box damaged and product seemed clearly used. Second order, box was fine but product still seemed used a bit? Same amount was missing! Then I ordered from song of skin and same thing, it wasnt filled to brim. I guess that’s how it comes? Anyway, it works amazingly well! I use this as last step in pm routine and wake up with glass skin and has super ingredients

I absolutely loved these cosmetics and have placed several orders, but every shipment has arrived with the packaging already opened or damaged. It honestly feels as though I’m being sent products that someone else returned. I considered initiating a return, yet the process would take far too long. After repeated letdowns, I won’t be ordering again. Extremely disappointed.
