where has this been my whole life?? best plant-based milk at home
I will never buy nut/oat milk from the store again. This machine has truly transformed my meal prep. I make smoothies every morning and drink teas (including lattes) almost every night. I have considered making my own nut milks and oat milk instead of always buying store-bought (so many fillers ew), but they take so much time to make. So when I found this and saw that each of the nut milk packets has just a few ingredients, I figured I'd try it first. It was so fast and EASY. And most important to me, the ones I've tried so far tasted amazing (matcha oat & vanilla pistachio). The vanilla pistachio has a rich, slightly sweet flavor that's perfect for my smoothies and the matcha oat is super smooth with that perfect matcha earthiness. It comes with instructions but literally all you have to do is add your container of water, tear open the packet, pop it in, and press start. The milk is done in about a minute. And cleanup was also easy. The parts you'd want to clean come out effortlessly and are easy to rinse off. I just have to reiterate...this milk is incredibly smooth. You would never guess it didn't have a bunch of sugars or gums. And you can control the creaminess by adjusting the water ratio. Because there aren't emulsifiers, my milk does separate after a while, but I just shake it up before using it again. Aside from the great taste, this machine is a fantastic investment. I'm crossing nut milk off my grocery list forever. Basically Numilk is a game-changer for me. It's quick, easy to use, easy to clean, and it looks great on my counter. Highly recommend!!

Delicious nut milk and so easy to use. Makes smoothies taste great.
I have been using store bought almond milk for years in my smoothies. I have constantly tried to improve the taste of the smoothies including buying vacuum blender to remove air. I made no sugar almond milk in the Numilk machine and WOW. The smoothie was delicious. In the past I would buy regular almond milk for added sweetness but now I can have less carbs in my smoothie. Very easy to use. I thought about buying a high end milk machine but this is perfect for my busy lifestyle.

Amazingly Delicious
I saw this machine on Shart Tank 3 years ago. I finally bought it and let me say it is incredible. I forgot my machine at work and the blender works just as good. The important part are the pouches. Fresh non gmo milks and delicious flavors. Easy to use , easy to clean and fast. The ingredients are limited. I especially love the pistaccio vanilla amd the oat. The oat milk is my all time favorite. Thick with no emulsifiers and creamy. You have to try this machine. It is amazing. Mark Cuban gave this company 2 million dollars. I knew then this machine would be amazing.

Machine malfunctioned
Some of the pouch flavors have thicker paste than others, and the machine doesn't fully extract all the contents even after several attempts. I've had to manually squeeze the pouches, particularly for the chocolate oat and vanilla pistachio flavors. Despite this issue, I still consider it a great alternative for clean, non-dairy milk, as it effectively blends everything together. I ordered this machine a month ago and have only used it a handful of times in the few weeks I've had it. However, today the function that extracts the contents from the pouches stopped working, and I'm highly disappointed given the price of this machine. The pouches can probably be emptied into a regular blender and mixed with water without the need of this machine. I'm not sure how well it'll blend that way as I haven't tried it. But all this machine does is empty the pouches into a container of water and mixes it.

Not That Impressed
I live for almond milk. It's lower carb, lower glycemic, and being plant-based, is a lot better for the environment. So I use almond milk in every situation where I would have used cow's milk 20 years ago or so. So getting the numilk machine seemed like a really good idea for me. I've only had my numilk machine for a short time, but I'm already kicking myself for getting it, and having buyer's remorse. I think the biggest problems are these: * It's considerably more expensive than grocery store almond milk, even without factoring in the cost of the machine. The packets are $5 each! * It's not really "fresh" since you are using a gruel made of almonds, in a package that has been sitting on a shelf or in a warehouse for who-knows-how-long. That's basically the opposite of "fresh" is it not?? * For some reason the nut-paste can live forever inside the package, but as soon as you add water to it (which is all the machine really does, that and blend it a bit), then you have only a few days to use it before it goes bad. * Most of their pouches come loaded with extra sugar added to it. * The most popular flavor of store bought almond milk is vanilla, which I love, and which of course is a flavor that the NuMilk people don't offer. Yes, I can (and do) buy vanilla and add it, but every step like that makes the whole process less and less desireable. On the plus side, the (unsweetened) almond milk does taste pretty good, and the machine and containers are very sturdy and well made. But for me it just has too many other drawbacks.

Works Well
The machine is very easy to operated. It arrives ready to plug in and operate. The nutmilk is very delicious. It's a good investment if you truly play to consume either almond milk or oatmilk often. If you only drink almond or oat milk once-in-while, then it's probably not the best investment. But, it's excellent if you consume the milk often.
