Adult Pro Aneroid Sphygmomanometer
I have an automatic blood pressure monitor, but I wasn't comfortable with the readings I was getting. I would take my blood pressure and it would be 145/70, wait a couple of minutes and take it again only to fine it was 129/64. So I ordered this manual blood pressure cuff and let my wife take my blood pressure. No more wild variations! My wife and I both agree that this is much more accurate and dependable than using an inexpensive automatic device. Just make sure you have a stethoscope in order to use this device. This is a quality cuff with strong Velcro to secure it into place. The size should fit just about everyone. I am very pleased with this purchase!

A little too small for me
I saw this sphygmomanometer and wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately, the size I got in just on the small side for me. Still, it seems to work okay. It is easy enough to read the dial and inflate/deflate the cuff. My one issue is the ease with which the velcro comes undone. I see it at doctor's offices on well-worn cuffs, but this is brand new and did not hold together very well. It did not come off, but it seemed to start pulling apart easier than I think it should. Is it a bad product? No. I like that it is well labeled and is easy to use.

Leaks air and parts keep loosening
I am not happy with this, leaks air out of the bulb, it takes a lot of troubleshooting and have to tighten the hoses/bulb every time I use it. I do like the labeling on the cuff, which is very helpful for replacement.

Really Good for Home Use
I have a really nice cuff that I've been using for a couple years, and this one is actually quite good. It works well, is about as accurate as my nice one, and it's easy to put on my own arm. I basically got this as a spare, and it feels well made overall - it's not cheap or junky, just a basic cuff. Overall worth it.
