Replacement Kit for Intercontinental Series Ice Bottle for DISONCARE 74H 7Pens Insulin Medicine Cooler Travel Case

This was the best purchase I’ve ever made to transport my medication. It stayed cold during a 32 hour traveling on flights.

Works perfectly, keeps the insulin pens at the right temperature the whole day. I could fit 3 pens in. Worth buying especially if you travel a lot

Amazing item, kept my medicine safe and the temperature was kept for at least 8 hours. The thermometer inside is very useful too. Buy it with trust.

Holds the cold temperature for hours. Works as described. I would recommend it.

vert good item stay cold for long time useful for me thank u

Used it for Mounjaro pens and worked exactly as it should, transported 3 pens without issue

Very nice for long time use. But a little big if you want to keep in ladies hand bag

Highly useful to carry insulin pens. Stays cold as mentioned.

Well build and spacious. It kept the injectables (2 Wegovy pens fitted nicely) in the right temperature for a trip of 12 hours. Brilliant!

I have previously been using a small Thermos container with a frozen gel pack in it to keep medication cool and found that after about 8 hours, the gel pack would be thawed out. I could prolong its frozen state considerably by placing that container within a fabric lunch sack packed with more gel packs, but that arrangement was not very compact. I was skeptical that the Disoncare Medical Travel Cooler would meet the claims of keeping medication below 8 °C for 28 hours, especially since the gel bottle isn't all that big, but thought I'd give it a try to see if it would at least exceed the 8 hours that I'd experienced with my Thermos. The box that the item comes in displays a set of Temperature vs. Time curves that show the performance of the product under different ambient temperatures (see first attached image). I decided to conduct my own experiment to verify those results. I froze the gel bottle overnight, placed it in the container along with the thermometer provided, and left it on the kitchen counter for 2 days, taking note of the temperature every so often. The ambient temperature in my house was about 25 °C, not as hot as those in the first image. I repeated the experiment 3 times to ensure that the results were consistent and not just a one-off. And to my pleasant surprise, I was able to confirm the advertised results! The contents were kept below 8 °C for 36 hours (again with a lesser ambient temperature than shown on the box). I've shown my results in the second attached image. So given that, I can definitely recommend this product. Note, that it's not clear with the ad, but the cap securely screws on, a desirable feature – the pictures make it look like it just pushes on.
