Great key organizer with quality plastic hooks. Key tags are cheap-ish, but they work. High visibility orange color is a plus for me. Much better than a key ring.

We operate around 60 rental homes. This is exactly what we needed to keep our keys organized and accounted for. We can go to a property and never have a "oh no, who has the key?!" moment. This thing takes a beating being passed around from leasing agent to handyman and back and forth and has held up with no issues. The keys are easy to label and the hooks can hold multiple key rings. The cover has quite a bit of flex to it so it still zips closed even when one property has a ridiculous amount of keys and makes a "bulge" in the cover. I'm glad I found this product and will definitely order another when we have enough properties to run out of space in this one

Does its job exactly as it should. For a rental property it has more than enough storage. The tabs to write on are a bit small so someone who struggles reading small text may have an issue, that’s the only drawback I can see. Otherwise it does everything it should

Bought this to house all of our rental property keys. It’s perfect. It fits them all so nicely and is extremely organized. Plus the actual binder is super durable and has a handle to carry it.

Purchased for my condo building. I am in charge of keys on a seasonal basis and the box that I was given was a metal box with little looks. If you laid the box on its side all the keys fell off. I purchased this and organized the keys by unit number. I can open in any position, stand the notebook up and all the keys fall into place so I can see unit numbers. I needed a safe portable key holder. This product came with key rings and name tags that allows me to quickly and easily transfer all the keys arranging them in order.

Case cover feels a little weird but it gets the job done.
