Perelel Sleep Support Magnesium Powder with Lemon Balm

When I first tried this, initial thoughts- it didn’t mix well. Looked “galaxy” but the flavor was great! My first night of sleep that night after taking it, AMAZING! I’m a mom of 2 under 2 (not anymore, they’re 1 and almost 3) and so you already know I don’t get quality sleep and I’m still nursing my 1 year old. I was looking for a safe natural supplement and stumbled upon the company Perele. Thought I’d give it a try. Love this magnesium, their protein is delicious and their mom multi support pack is convenient to take since it’s already prepackaged. I finished this full bottle of magnesium and even though I loved it, I thought I’d try a different brand this time. I’ll update and let you know if I decided to continue with perele or move on.

I was taken melatonin probably 2 times a week, recently I found out I was pregnant so I tried this because it is pregnant and breastfeeding safe. LOVE IT. It has a super calming almost lemon milky flavor and within a half hour I'm ready for bed. Absolutely game changer!. Already thinking this may be my melatonin replacement for life.

THIS WORKS!!!! I struggled SO much with severe restlessness during my first pregnancy. I tried everything under the sun - extra magnesium tablets, unisom, Benadryl, you name it, I did it. Nothing moved the needle. I’m pregnant again and felt the restlessness creeping back in. Out of desperation I decided to try Perelel - IT WORKS!!!!!!! Each night I mix it into tea or warm water, the taste is sweet and pleasant. Within 20 minutes of drinking it I start to feel drowsy, I fall asleep quickly and stay asleep without the feelings of intense whole body restlessness. I am truly blown away by this product, I even told my OB about it so that they could tell other patients who might struggle the way I have!

HAS STEVIA. Otherwise this product is great with the triple blend of magnesium. Stevia is not mentioned anywhere except under the ingredients as reb M which seems like a deceptive way to hide the derivative... I can't tolerate the sweetness

Taste is fine, sleep didn’t feel much better nor worse. My tracker said my sleep was slightly lower quality than usual (but could’ve been any factor) - my biggest negative is that it doesn’t mix in?? I’d have to stir every time I wanted a sip because it would just settle fully undissolved at the bottom. It was mixed in warm to hot water with tea per their recommendation.

Works great to get ready for a sleep. Smell and taste are yummy.

This is a nice product !! It definitely helps me sleep better (fall asleep easier, stay asleep better, sleep well). I like the flavor. It's not strong but definitely not offensive. I do sort of wish it was a gummy and not a drink but also sort of like that it's a drink. It's convenient and the little scoop works well!
