I have been using this for a several days now and it’s a great camera. Pros: Very easy set up even if you aren’t great with technology; No wires to plug in or store, no need to charge it; Very user friendly app; Excellent picture quality in both daylight and at night; Rotates in all directions so it’s easy to focus it on wherever you need to or to follow a subject across the visual field; Connects to WiFi (which could be a pro or con depending on where you want to install this). Cons: Bright blue glowing light at night, since this installs into a light socket I had to replace the porch light with this and the blue light is obnoxious and draws attention to the camera; Would be extremely easy for an intruder to remove since it’s just at the top of the door; my covered back porch causes this to have small field of view, the one by my front porch doesn’t have this limitation. Overall this is an awesome product and was 100% worth purchasing, I definitely recommend it.

I was looking for a discreet security camera, and this light bulb camera exceeded my expectations. The reason why I bought these cameras to let me know that somebody’s outside my door at all times and I will be safe and also when my package is outside the door as well

Edit: I'm extremely unhappy that the app has been updated to play a timed advertisement before it fully opens. That's ridiculous. I'd understand banner ads, but to make a delayed opening is absurd. Again, the camera is fantastic for the price, but delaying my ability to open the app -- yes, even by a few seconds-- and check things ruins the functionality drastically. Original review: Considering the cost of this camera, it works well. The image is clear both during the day and at night. It isn't as sensitive as I would like it to be and doesn't always catch movement. It loves capturing the wind though. Notifications are a bit delayed. I also wish it had a nightlight, cause I use it on my porch and have no light now that I use the light bulb plug for the camera. But again, for the cost of the camera, it works for what it is intended for.

I’ve been using the 2K light bulb security system with WiFi for several weeks, I'm impressed with its overall performance. I have it outdoors, it’s waterproof ! Has a two way audio . The sounds are incredible… birds like you’ve never heard . It has a siren and a spotlight alarm. It rotates 355 and follows movements, also has a 90 degree tilt. I love that it just screws into a socket no recharging needed.The local storage option with no monthly fees is another big plus. I particularly appreciate the smart alerts with preview images. Being able to quickly glance at notifications to determine if it's a delivery person, neighbor, just an animal. Night vision is fantastic even in the rain or morning mist. Overall, this is a reliable, feature-rich security camera system that offers excellent value considering there are no subscription fees. Recommended for anyone looking for a flexible home security solution. Indoor or outdoor! Don’t hesitate to purchase this security system.
