Oh my goodness this pen is amazing. So far I have only used one prefilled converter that has yet to be changed. Yes, it says it can take 3-5 mins for the ink to reach the nib but mine started writing in less than a minute. It glides brilliantly across the paper the moment I open the pen no matter how long I've gone without writing. Most recently was about 2 days. As long as I retract it when I am not writing the ink stays flowing. Now if I leave it open and not write with it for a few mins then it has a little trouble starting but other than that I really have no complaints about the pen. I haven't tried it with any other ink as the same cartridge has written 5 journal pages about 5"x7" Several lists and random notes and about 5 sticky notes full of writing and I still have about 1/3 of the ink left in the cartridge. Most of my other pens would have needed a refill a lot quicker than this pen. If it utilizes my other inks as well I will definitely be super satisfied. I think my only concern is the pen opening is made of plastic and I worry that it might break from all the clicking. beyond that the pen is comfortable and for the pricepoint I don't think you can find a better pen.

This was my first fountain pen! It was really easy to figure out when it came to installing the ink cartridge. I also really appreciate the clickable design and have experienced no leaks since buying it back in November. However, it might just be the way I use the pen but the ink comes out thicker than I want it to, so I’m not sure about the precise control. I do have very small handwriting, so that might be part of it. The pen I used before was Muji’s 0.38mm gel pen, so I want that same level of thinness in every other pen. The ink DOES dry very quickly, which is great for journaling although the letters tend to bleed in my Midori notebook (which uses Tomoe River paper). This might be attributed to my handwriting style though. I’ll use this when I just want to brain dump. But this pen, for me, is not ideal for precise notetaking—which I do tend to do a lot of. **Attached a comparison photo on a Kokyuo Campus notebook.

This pen is everything I hoped it would be. I esthetically, it is gorgeous. The nib is beautiful, compact, and looks seamless. It fits very well in the hand and has enough weight to allow for easy control. The flow rate is excellent and I have yet to experience any bleeding writing on paper as thin as a sticky note. The trap door design of the cover is brilliant. I haven't experienced any leaks and I keep this in my purse. My only complaint is that the trapdoor design can make it difficult to adjust to a grip and allow the pen to still be functional if you are someone who writes at an angle like I do.

I have two of these pens, on is great, no trouble. The second one, not so much. It leaks terribly and doesn’t write consistently or smoothly. I took the ink out to try and figure out the problem and I noticed a crack on the inside of the pen. Not sure if that’s the problem. I’d like to order another, but they are too expensive to not work or break with such light use. 😢

I love the pen but it is most definitely not purple. I thought I was sent a white pen by mistake but there isn't a white pen for sale, it's just a white pen with a teeny tiny HINT of purple (not even close to the photo in the listing). So, that was disappointing but it's a good entry-level fountain pen but it's also a handy everyday use pen for those of us who have "nicer" (ok, more expensive) fountain pens but need something to carry in their pocket or in their purse. I am not a fan of a fine nibs but this one isn't a typical Japanese fine nib, which tend to be super fine. It's smoother than most inexpensive fountain pens and I love that it's retractable. I would buy another one but I can't trust that the blue or pink will actually be blue or pink and not just another white pen with a little dab of those colors.

Very easy to use and I like the way it writes. Occasionally though after letting it sit for a while you do need to hold it a certain type of way to let the ink drain. Before writing with it. The quality of the ink is pretty good and the color is really nice as well. It's made out of plastic so it doesn't have the best feel as far as feeling premium but it's not bad. I think over time with a slight we think of the approach it could be a bit better.

Initially the pen did write extremely smooth and well… After using it for a month, the nib became slightly scratchy, and the ink flow was not very smooth…. I had to clean the pen completely and fill a good quality ink. Appears to dry out occasionally.

Pen writes well but nib cap is vulnerable and care needs to be taken when loading cartridges.

I've been using this pen for over a month and the sealing cover absolutely works!! The ink doesn't dry out even if I don't use the pen for a few days. Writing is very smooth, it feels comfortable even when taking notes for long periods. No issues with bleeding or smudging. Update: I've refilled the ink cartridges with my favorite inks using a syringe and it worked perfectly. No need to buy more refills!

両利きと書いてあったが、左手だとインクが出にくいし書きにくい。 右手が使えないので困る。 日本製を買えばよかった。
