I have been following Bryan Johnson’s blueprint since before it became a brand. The goal isn’t to copy his routine but to measure your own bio markers. Now that these supplements come prepackaged it’s easy to forget how effective they are and how hard Bryan works to secure only the best quality products. Two years ago I was ordering chlorella from a website in the UK. Now I’m paying a fraction of the cost. I switched to the Essential Capsules over my other multivitamin because of the NMN and Spermadine. Hair has been growing like crazy and I don’t get vitamin stomach. Also recommend the cocoa powder if you need a cognitive boost in the morning in addition to your coffee buzz for higher energy levels.

Was quite costly for the bottle having only a 30 day supply. I did not feel that the formula had many key nutrients in it to make it a complete one and done supplement.

Two days in and I was already feeling the consistent energy throughout the day. Even when I’m not getting the sleep I should be. Went through the first bottle and I’ll be daily driving Blueprint Essentials as my main with thier Protein Powder as well.

I’ve been using the Bryan Johnson Essential Capsules for a little while now, and they may be working — I feel good, at least. Hard to measure the exact impact, but I’ll admit I’m not exactly logging my nighttime erections like Bryan does in his Blueprint reports.
