Works great. I use it to charge my UV fishing lures. Also I can take this into the store and see what lures glow the brightest. And I can see what hunting clothing that claims to be no UV is actually no UV. Been taking it with me to look at used RV's a well to see water damage. Battery lasts a while

Despite its small size it is quite powerful in terms of revealing organics. The over all quality is good with a satisfying but discreet switch in the back. So far the battery is still going on one charge after some heavy use around the house and in our cars. Overall it’s been a great buy with a surprisingly versatile set of uses, you don’t think of all of them until you have one!

My son is the ID checker at a bar and this really helps him make sure the IDs aren't fake. Nice and compact so it isn't a pain to carry around all night. Reasonable price.

I’m a mini verse fan who needed a smaller light for remixes and bought several, but this one is my go to. It charges quickly, and does what it needs to. And it’s perfect for smaller hands who want to help with creations!

Great little light! However do not unscrew it. It is threaded, assuming it has some sort of serviceability, but it does not. I was curious and unscrewed it to see if I could replace the rechargeable battery if I ever needed to. The act of unscrewing will break the wires that attach to the bulb end. At this point it was still fixable, I thought it would be easier to fix the broken wire if I removed the battery. Big mistake. It’s not meant to be removed. I just ended up ripping more wires off the switch circuit board - pads and all. Still repairable if I can get the switch end off. I think it’s a press fit. Again, great little light … just don’t take it apart.

This UV flashlight works well for basic use. It’s not extremely powerful, but it does a good job of showing what you need to see. It’s small, easy to carry, and very convenient to use. The battery does run down fairly fast, but it charges with USB-C, which makes it easy to recharge. Overall, it’s a handy little blacklight.

Works WAY better than the one with multiple lights to detect cat urine!

I’m shocked by the quality of this for the price. I own a number of higher end UV lights, most of which are custom orders. I bought this to give to a friend to “charge” a glow-in-the-dark part of her Halloween costume. I was hoping it would provide some meager boost to it as the night wore on. Instead, I found that the light produces a lot of UV and really charges up the glow in the dark filament I have here. I’m very happily surprised by how strong it is vs what I expected for the price. Overall quality seems good. The connection is USB C, not micro USB, so that’s great. The battery appears to be an 18350, but it is soldered in, so it’s theoretically replaceable but not practically so. Along those lines: you can unscrew the head. DO NOT do so. I almost broke the wire from the (soldered) battery trying. The included filter seems to be legit but also might be passing through more non-UV light than I’d expect. So I suspect it’s legitimate but maybe a wee bit thin. It’s very simple to operate: charge until the light isn’t red. Press the button on the end to turn it on and again to turn it off. Don’t use a charger that provides over 2A - which means you probably need to use a USB A to USB C cable (included) and not, say, your phone or laptop charging cable (please note this). I honestly expected this to be junk that hopefully survived one night. I am very happy with it and might buy one for myself.

I've had a woods lamp for years and it finally gave up the ghost, so needing a new one to check our attic for rodent urine, I ordered this flashlight, the stronger 395 version, as it can be recharged rather than searching around for batteries. It arrived, got it out of the box, and switched on, not expecting much, and the entire room lit up purple! This thing is amazing, thoroughly recommended. The only downside? Made in China.
