Fantastic for anyone who craves homemade refreshing lemonade without any added sugar! I add a touch of turmeric powder to give it a yellow tinge & I go heavy handed with the clean sweetener alternative called ‘allulose’, add a couple of lemon slices & it’s chef’s kiss! Sometimes I crave a cherry lemon soda, so I mix a chilled cherry flavored sparkling water with this lemonade and it is out of this world refreshing This is a great time saving addition to smoothies and marinades without the messy cleanup. It’s ideal for camping, too. I have started adding it to clean-ingredient keto instant pudding mixes and Greek yogurt, too. This is an invaluable staple of my pantry.

Good solid flavor, dissolves instantly. Works great for both liquid and food flavoring (creating my own salt-free lemon pepper blend).

Excellent to use for drinks, yogurt, and desserts. Much nicer then using single packets.

This powder has a fresh lemon taste, but can be a bit overpowering if not used sparingly. Though the label indicates the serving size is one scoop, stated servings by scoop will be greatly less than expected. The directions say 1 scoop is equal to the juice of one fresh lemon, when in all reality it’s probably equal to 6-8 fresh lemons, possibly more. We purchased this primarily for lemonade, to have a quick alternative to fresh lemons, and stop buying premade products with dyes and artificial ingredients. For our taste level, we add a half of a scoop to 2 quarts water, and 2/3 to 1 cup of sugar. This balances sweet with sour about right for our children’s taste. I estimate about 10-12 full scoops of product in the bag, so using this formula one would expect to get about 20-24 pitchers of lemonade @ 2 quarts each. Or 10-12 gallons using a full scoop. Personal tastes may vary resulting in more or less servings.

I really like this lemon powder, I made a Stanley size lemonade, 1 scoop with 3 raspberrys and ice and NO sugar. So delicious and fresh tasting..I just got it today and I feel like I should have bout 4 bags 😆

I love this REAL freeze-dried lemon juice. Much less mess than liquid lemon juice, and without the tiny envelopes of it you can get in your supermarket. (Eliminating over-packaging is good for our planet.) I find it easiest to use if I put it into a jar, but the package reseals well, so you don’t have to put it into a container unless you want to. Loving lemon as much as I do, I don’t know how I ever got along without it.

Tastes like lemon and it's really, really strong, so you only need a dash.
