Excellent buy
Start with the price. Excellent price point that makes it very affordable. Very easy, set up. The picture quality is great. I did find that the free pictures quantity was not going to be enough. Main reason I found was that in the woods, along with deer, there are squirrels and other animals to which the camera would also snap a picture. Adding more picture quantity is simple and can be done through the app. My suggestion would be is to possibly add to the picture quantity and then see how many pictures you would need to add after using for a couple weeks. The picture quality was excellent and battery life seems to be quite sufficient. Highly recommend.

Why not tbh
I always did like spy point. The price point is really good. The quality of the camera is truly amazing considering the price point but what sticks out to me is the locations. They truly get service in locations that other cameras in this area primarily in central Pennsylvania, do not connect well. I’m pleasantly surprised every year. The set up is easy, step-by-step activation done. The connectivity is easy. The battery life lasts about a year the video quality I have yet to test.

Junkity trash - poor support - gimmicky features
I’m sure the price us attractive, and if you plan on using one season than it might be worth losing your money. 1st - if you’re 32GB included as card fills up- no more pictures. Almost every other cam manufacturer has the ability to use DVR mode and replace old photos with new ones, even format the card via remote cell, not SPYPOINT. Get ready to drive to your cameras at the worst possible time… 2nd - cameras are ultra sensitive to location, wind, sun, shadows but only randomly, and especially if you’re not on an unlimited plan. 3rd - there’s no live view or on demand option. If you’re walking to a bow stand and you want to see if you’re about to blow out any deer near a feeder, GL. The closest time to get photos is every two hours… 4th - if you camera is trigger happy your batteries are toast. Get a solar set up, but then get ready to have it work just long enough for you to walk away. 5th - to get sane functions of others like the ability to share camera with another person, identify and sort species, or even favorite/star photos they want more per month on top of the $30 that you’re going to be forced to pay because the camera will just take nonstop photos if not on unlimited. 6th - sometimes you’ll get a photo where the IR flash just doesn’t go off. Translation, black photo. You’re limited on the number of HD photos you can request, and since there’s no “on demand” function you’re going to wait two hours at least to get it. The HD photos are somewhat better. Finally - you’re going to have to call support, their live chat is a joke. They’ll tell you they are looking into an issue and then restart the chat. Your call will not be answered, you will get an overseas call back and they will want you to have your camera in hand to do the dumbest troubleshooting possible. Is it plugged in, is the card that was working two days ago mysteriously incompatible or corrupt. Now you have to drive out to the camera, again. Then they tell you to format the card(only possible with camera in hand), everything works, then 4 hours later it stops sending photos. Remote troubleshooting is impossible and a giant waste of time. I’m glad I have the Amazon warranty because these pieces of junk are going back to India. The photo quality is decent, but cell cameras are meant to be remote and untouched. Ironically I received two different branded ones as gifts and realized just how terrible these are.

Free plan
I love spypoint, the cameras are built to last. My only issue, the warranty doesnt cover animal damage. I've lost 1 to a bear with pictures to prove it, and 1 to squirrels or rats, 99% sure it's squirrels. But the free plan, easy to use app, and huge straps for almost any size tree are nice, decent quality pictures. Good night vision

Camera 4/5 App 3/5 Service 3/5
I have owned these cameras for about 4 months and I also purchased the lithium batter packs for these as well. I used both throughout the previous NorthEast Deer season with absolutely no issue with either camera. And both never need to be recharged throughout the season. The transmission plans send a downgraded quality of pictures to your phone, and you can pay a little extra to have higher resolution pics sent, I chose not to and had zero issue with identifying what was on my camera including positively identifying Trespassers on posted property. But the cameras also store the high resolution pictures on an SD card and function like any other trail cam whether you use a Cellular plan or not and I really like that feature. The build quality/durability of these cameras seem solid, no issues with moisture or sun glare or anything. My only gripe with the actual camera is the door to access the controls and memory card can be quite difficult to open when mounted on a tree with a strap or stand off mount. I often had to remove the camera and apply quite a bit of pressure to open the door which is fine when they are near the ground but I often mount my cameras high in a tree so this was a bit annoying. I also had one SD card completely die in of the cameras, not sure if it was card issue or camera issue but worth noting as I have many of these same cards and never had a failure so for those reasons im giving the Camera a 4/5 The App itself is a 4/5. I really like it over all compared to other companies apps, especially Moultrie. Very easy to navigate through settings and functions and for an inexpensive camera, I didn't expect a lot but it actually has a quite robust feature set as compared to Moultrie. I would choose these over my Moultrie Edge any day, the Edge has a slight advantage in picture quality but really nothing else. It would be nice if you could choose and pay for plans via the App, but you need to goto there website via a browser to do that, seems a little odd to me in this day and age. Overall, again pretty happy with app and how it is set up. Lastly, customer service 3/5 I have 2 of these cameras, one is used year round, the other as needed. I pay an annual fee for the main camera for year round use, no issue there. The other camera I do monthly as i use it in the off season to monitor construction site traffic. I started noticing weird charges to my bank account monthly but sometimes would be charged twice in a month. After talking with my bank and doing research myself we were unable to identify who was charging me so I chose to close the account. Then and only then I started recieving emails from Spypoint saying they were unable to charge my account. The cameras are supposed to default back to a free plan when no other plan is chosen but they kept trying to charge me even though I put the camera back on the free plan. This has been going on since October when I purchased the cameras. The email the sent me had a link for support, followed the link, wrote a lengthly email explaing things, only to get a an automated email back saying the dont offer email support please go to our website. Lost a star right there. Contacted the live support Via their website, which is 24/7 so thats nice., explained everything, found the issue and resolved it very quickly. Great, however, when I tried to explain to them I wasn't receiving receipts for charges they were trying to make and also there charges are Identified correctly to the bank they basically said its my fault for choosing, by accident, the auto renewal monthly plan via their website. I have to problem paying for something I did whether I wanted it or accidently chose it, but if they sent some sort of Invoice and receipt stating why I was being charged, I could taken care of this without having to close a bank account. So their billing/service needs some work for sure. Overall I would recommend these cameras.

LOVE THESE - You'll need 8 AA Batteries + a Micro SD card. SIM Cards are Built-In.
I'm not a hunter. I have this inside my house. It is a house that is far away and I don't get to go there very often. Someone recently broke in and wiped me out. Dishes, glasses, small appliances, furniture, antiques, lamps, chandeliers, mirrors, decorations, EVERYTHING. There is some furniture left, and I know they are coming back for it, so I put one of these cameras inside so I can see them the minute they kick the door in again. I had to run to W@lmart for eight AA batteries. I got the regular ones, not the crazy expensive ones. I got home with the batteries, but I had missed the part about needing a micro SD card. I went right back to the store for that, but they were sold out, so I was aggravated that I had to wait to complete this setup. These items should be written in NEON BOLD TYPE so that the buyer can be ready for setup the minute the Amazon truck pulls away. (By the way, why didn't SpyPoint trying to up-sell me on these additional purchases? Hmmm. An opportunity missed.) Make sure you get a MICRO SD card rather than the regular size. After I waited for the micro SD to arrive from Amazon, I installed the SpyPoint app on my android and starting setting up this camera. I have never owned anything like this, and it was still pretty easy to find my way around in the app. I have the camera set for two notifications: 1) motion, with immediate notification so I can call 911 right away, and 2) send me a picture every day at 6 pm. Since I am far away, the daily picture lets me know that the camera is live and functioning. I don't have wifi at my house, so this camera was perfect because it works off of a cellular signal. The cellular sim cards are built in and they will use the signal that is strongest at the location of the camera. I think they scan multiple carriers like AT&T, Verizon, etc. for the strongest signal. There is no extra charge for this. Another bonus is that you get 100 photos per month transmitted to you via the app on your phone for free. If you run out, you can either wait until the new month rolls around, or you can buy a package with more photo transmissions for something like $5 per month. In the app, you can see cellular signal strength, battery percentage, how many photos you've received, and how many days left in your 30-day photo cycle. My camera has been sending me one photo a day for a little over a month and I'm still at 78% battery. You can also ask it for videos, but I didn't need that, and I need my batteries to last as long as possible. Also, some cameras are so sensitive that the sunlight/shadows moving thoughout the day can sometimes trigger motion. I didn't want my batteries to run out because they were videoing that! I have received no false motion alerts. It was the free 100 photos per month that made me zero in on this camera. Then, since I needed these cameras for tracking humans, not deer, this next feature made the sale for me: These cameras have GPS. If the thief comes back into my house, I HOPE he steals this camera. Besides instantly receiving a picture of the thief's face via the SpyPoint app, I'll call both SpyPoint and the police and report the camera stolen. SpyPoint will then track the location of the camera and coordinate directly with local police. I believe their system even lets the "next" owner re-set up the camera on their phone, the thief might even buy the $5/mo subscription, and for any camera that SpyPoint knows is stolen, they will relay the "new owner" info to the police in addition to the GPS info. Oh, I REALLY hope the pigs come back and steal this camera.

Quirky setup
The cameras work well enough. The images are decent, but setup can be frustrating. If it goes as indicated setup is a snap, but on three occasions, (I installed 6 cameras), I had to uninstall and reinstall the app to get a picture feed. Tech support immediately suggested this solution to the feed failure indicating foreknowledge of the issue. The 100 free pics a month are probably worthless in most applications as motion triggers the camera and eats up the free pics. I purchased the club package for $99.99. It ups the pic count to 250 per camera. Hopefully this will prove adequate. You also need to purchase this membership to take advantage of selecting subject matter. I, personally, recommend wifi cameras if you have that capability. These may be great for wildlife viewing in remote areas, but for localized security they fall short. The pics are fine, but live view via wifi is far superior. My wife purchased these for security purposes at our summer place. We have several wifi cameras in place, but remote placement required the lte trail cam option to cover our 15 acre tract. I am also considering solar panels for at least two cameras that have adequate exposure. All seem to eat alkaline batteries. Lithium should be better, but given our cameras will be unattended for months on end I suspect we will have dead cameras without the solar panel approach. All things considered these are decent cameras for remote installations providing you are capable of physically accessing them to service batteries and review images captured on the SD card as they cannot be accessed remotely.

Great Value Twin Pack with Solid Free Photo Features
I picked up the SPYPOINT Flex-M Twin Pack Cellular Trail Cameras mainly for scouting before hunting season, and for the price, they’ve been a really solid addition to my setup. The biggest standout for me is the free photo access. Getting images sent directly without having to constantly pull SD cards or check cameras in the field makes a huge difference. I can just check activity from my phone and see what’s moving through my hunting spots in real time. For someone who likes to keep things simple and efficient, that convenience alone is worth it. Image quality on the photos has been more than good enough for scouting—clear enough to identify deer size, direction of travel, and general activity patterns. The dual-SIM LTE connection has been reliable in my area, and I haven’t had issues receiving updates as long as signal is decent. Setup was pretty straightforward, and having two cameras in the pack made it easy to cover multiple locations at once. The motion detection has been consistent, and I appreciate not wasting time checking empty SD cards anymore. Battery life seems reasonable so far, and the cameras have handled rain and weather without any problems thanks to the IP-rated housing. Overall, for a cellular trail camera system that includes free photo access and solid performance, this twin pack is a great value for casual hunters who want reliable scouting without extra hassle.
