So far, excellent product and is very under-rated on current Amazon market for mail boxes. Pros: Easy to install Looks really good with a Vintage style Well-made Weather resistant, as have tested it during a horrible rainy day in the UK! Inside was completely dry Viewing bit at bottom, has gaps so you can take a quick peek to see if it's worth opening Cons: So far none, maybe it was a little bit smaller than expected, but most mail boxes on the Amazon market are accommodating maximum A4 It is possible for someone with small hands to put it in the mail slot, and take mail out (Especially if small parcels are left in here protruding) Overall: 4.5/5 A really great product, happy with this and family love it too. Very well designed!

Installation is a little awkward and I recommend making a template first so that you can drill holes before fixing to your wall. Screws and plugs are supplied but the printed information was in Italian, not that you really need it but it would have been more professional to provide a translation. Once installed the postbox is a neat and attractive quality item. I also suggest taking a photo of the keys in case you need to replace.

I have noted my post when it rains is wet so I cannot recommend this type of post box

Brilliant you can see if any letters delivered without opening . Easy to install despite instructions being in foreign language !!!! Drill four holes and put in wall plugs and use supplied screws to secure to a wall . SImples . Looks nice and good inside depth for magazines etc

I loved the look of this one and thought it would go well with our old cottage. It does. The majority of reviews were really positive too, so I felt confident picking this one. However, as soon as I got it out of the all Spanish(?) packaging and leaflet, I was struck by how narrow it is. It literally is suitable to hold just small, thin letters and that's about it. Security wise it's pretty good. You can't reach your hand in too far. Lock seems pretty secure. I didn't realise that the viewing window was open. I though it had perspex over it or similar. No, its completely open to the elements, so do bear that in mind when it comes to placing your mailbox. Our envelopes have been soaked. Usually there's a big pool in there. We're going to try and put in some kind of clear screen to cover this up. Unfortunately, it's not weatherproof, as you'll see from last photo. Again, my partner will have to try and do some work on it to repair this. Annoyingly, I've since had to buy a separate storage box for the postman to put my packages in, which are bigger than a thin letter! Overall, looks nice but isn't worth the trouble or extra expense we've incurred.

J'ai installé cette boîte aux lettres dans l'encadrement de ma porte d'entrée et c'est d'un très bel effet. Ma maison étant d'un style ancien, cette boîte aux lettres était ce que je recherchais. Bon rapport qualité, prix. Réception du colis rapide.

Im Vergleich zu Produkten aus dem Fachhandel einfach ein super Briefkasten vor allem viel Geld gespart und dann noch so robust und schön. Würde ich wieder kaufen.

Costa 3/4 euro in meno della più venduta della categoria che è perfettamente identica nei materiali, nel "design" e se non ricordo male anche nelle dimensioni. Comunque è grandicella, solida e il meccanismo funziona bene. Le finiture e la verniciatura sono ottime per un prodotto che costa così poco, rispetto alla concorrenza. La parte che si apre è solo quella sotto a differenza di altre che si aprono a libro (preferisco questo sistema). Il pacco arriva con due chiavi e 4 stop credo da 5 ma non ho controllato. L'unico problema finora presentatosi è che l'alloggiamento per l'etichetta non prevede l'inserimento in alcun modo di un bigliettino, ma è semplicemente un alloggiamento "scavato" nella superficie senza un'entrata laterale o superiore. Io ho risolto comprando dal cinese un porta carta di credito plastificato trasparente e un tubetto di colla tipo superattack (budget: 1€) ho ritagliato il porta-carta lasciando due dei lati chiusi ermeticamente dalla fabbrica e ho inserito il fogliettino con il mio cognome stampato a casa. Poi ho incollato i due bordi "aperti" in quanto tagliati da me semplicemente bruciandoli con l'accendino facendo attenzione a non squagliarli. Ottimo risultato, anche se la colla era scadente e me ne è caduta dentro un kg. Ad ogni modo: consigliatissima se vi piace lo stile!

This is a very nice looking mailbox for an outside wall such as brick. Good size, good features, and a good price. This particular style had many to choose from on Amazon and many different prices. Some as high as $75 and this was the lowest at $48 so I got this one. Since they were all alike, why pay more? When in the process of ordering, I noticed that it came from Prague in the Czech Republic. But, they said they use DHL and I would get it by Dec 17th, so I ordered it. To my surprise it only took 3 days total to get to me in Louisiana. Amazing. I actually got it faster than many products that are mailed from right here in the USA. I am very happy with the quality of this mailbox too.
