Great little weight loss trick. Fools your stomach into thinking it’s full! Tasteless, odorless. I did discover that you can either let it bloom in cool water, which seems to be the easiest way. But it will mix with hot beverage if you take your time, otherwise it will clump.

I’m very happy with this beef gelatin powder. I like that it comes from grass-fed and pasture-raised beef, which makes me feel good about using it for my family. Bought this on sale for $23 which is the cheapest I've found per ounce. Bought 3 bags. I mix this into drinks, smoothies, etc to get more protein I my diet and help with digestion. It seems to have really helped with my digestion, bloating and constipation. Plus it's supposed to be good for hair and nails due to collagen. It doesn't say grass fed anywhere on the bag so not sure of the origin.

No aftertaste. Becomes jelly quickly. I like it because I can use it with/without sugar and am hoping it helps my painful joints and gives me all health benefits of bone broth.
