I've been tried tons of protein bars in the last two years when I started my workout journeys. This is the best one by far. It has a really large amount of fiber, which keeps the blood sugar level stable. It's relatively lower in calories. Usually, a bar like this has at least 200 calories. And it is also high in protein. And most important thing is, it tastes really good! Very crunchy but not too sweet. I like the peanut butter and vanilla flavors. They are my favorites. However, I do not like chocolate and strawberry ones. They taste different, and not as crunchy.

This is a very good product for those of us trying to stay in Ketosis. These taste very good.

These are crunchy, sweet, salty and very yummy. Its really the only protein bar that doesn't leave you with some kind of synthetic taste in your mouth. There isn't any crazy gummy texture. Its kinda like a peanut butter rice crispy treat. we like it.
