Apple iPhone 14 Pro, 128GB, Deep Purple for AT&T (Renewed Premium)

I hate financing phones but I also hate paying full price. My husband was a little skeptical but when I told him I’ve done it before and it worked out fine he stepped aside and let me hit the buy now button. Delivery was exceptional as always. Ordered it late one night and got it around 8pm the next day. Packaging was more than I expected. It was in an Amazon Renewed box and wrapped in plastic. The contents inside were also individually wrapped (not shown in video). Inside was my phone, cord and plug-in along with a pamphlet with information about Amazon Renewed, benefits and my 1 year phone coverage with Amazon Renewed Guarantee. All-in-all it made me feel even better about my purchase. The phone was in mint condition. No scratches, dings or anything that would signify wear by a previous owner. The color is a beautiful deep plum purple. It can definitely go both ways either female or male since the purple is so dark it’s almost black. It did come reset to factory mode (not shown in video) and ready for you to activate with phone carrier of choice. FYI - It doesn’t have a slot for a physical SIM card only e-SIM. So you don’t need to go in store to set this up you can do it online if you wanted to. The battery life is long and that is expected as Amazon makes certain it passes multi-point inspection, all previous data is removed, and battery health is 90%+ The accessories are not Apple but honestly I wasn’t bothered or expecting it to be. They work well without getting heated and I have a few Apple cords and plugs already. The phone functions well. The sound quality is crisp and the pictures are too. Amazon Renewed did not disappoint. I got the extra memory I needed and saved a couple hundred bucks. Very happy with my purchase.

This is the second premium renewed iPhone I’ve purchased from Amazon and I couldn’t be happier. Cosmetically flawless. Not one single scratch, nick or ding anywhere to be found. Phone arrived with original Apple plastic on screen and back in an Amazon Renewed box. Battery capacity at 95%. The testing checklist card that was included is dated Dec. 2023 so apparently the phone has been in a warehouse for 6 months. Not surprised or disappointed that it didn’t start at 100 %. I’ve seen the reviews that mention distorted speaker sound, dead spots on touch screen, scratches etc. Most of these “bad” phones are purchased from third party sellers. It’s very, very important to buy as SHIPPED FROM AND SOLD BY Amazon. If there’s any problems, you get a 1 year replacement/refund guarantee from Amazon. Third party sellers only offer a 30-60 day policy and it may take several weeks to process your return. Not worth the hassle. Another suggestion: spend a few more bucks and go with Premium Renewed, you won’t be disappointed! This iPhone 14 Pro has a super fast processor, beautiful vivid colors on the screen, holds a charge all day and has great video and still image capabilities. 5 stars all day!

So far it works great. It took my a while to get it set up, it took multiple times but I eventually got it done! It is a premium refurbished phone. It looked beautiful out of the box. Just a few microscopic dings on the edges but barely visible and not visible when I put my phone case on. I checked the battery health and it is at 91% which above 90% is the threshold for premium refurbished phone. I wish it was higher but it meets the standard. So far it is working great. This is an upgrade for me from the IPhone SE, so far I am enjoying it. It did come with a charger cable. I will update this if I have any issues.

The item is a "premium" renewed and all worked fine for 2 days. Then its down hill, the phone screen went green, then totally black. I had to order a new phone and order a return on this one. In the meantime, Im out another $500 until im refunded, $10 for a screen protector, and when the new phone came in, this original phone would not connect to set up the new phone. All the time and effort that has been wasted on what should have been a quick swap. Electronics fail, but it really is sad that ALL of the burden falls on the consumer. I am out time, effort, ability to connect, return the item, extra cost of more cloud memory to transfer and the response is - "order a return, sucks to be you." When it works, it works, when it doesn't ALL the responsibility is on you. So, let's follow ups. The replacement order was 4 days late, they blamed the carrier, but carrier info said it wasn't picked up for 3 days after item was supposed to be shipped (UPS). I was not allowed to cancel the purchase but had to wait it out 3 additional days. The phone is supposed to be premium but had scratches and NO charging cord or block. I have to take it or be without a phone for who knows how many days. Finally initiated the set up through the cloud and the effort to put the phone back the way it was since it could not be set up through phone transfer only to find the NEW phone is locked. I contact Amazon and again they have no care, "order a return - sucks to be you." So I am a week without a phone (give a day of two try on that and see if you like it), I've paid out almost $1200 and have to wait for returns before I get a refund. I am hoping the new phone will transfer and all the work already done will not have to be redone. I am beyond angry and NO ONE at Amazon cares. So, if you need quality quickly, go to a brick and mortar store that will care about you as a customer.

I was hesitant to buy this phone because of how many customers are returning it and the bad reviews but honestly mine came flawless, it works smoothly, battery last through the day okay, the only tiny details I found is that the battery is at 93% it comes with its charging cable so that’s bonus and the edges have no scratches nor the screen. It runs just beautifully, great purchase!

I did a lot of research before I arrived at this decision to purchase my next iPhone. I’m not the average person that keeps upgrading year after year. I waited a good amount of time before I decided on this decision. And I love Amazon, and when they said that they have a “Renewed Premium” iPhone for sale…they mean it. Apple does not sell Pro variant predecessor models (14 Pro/Pro Max, 13 Pro/Pro Max, etc) but only the newest which are the 15 Plus, Pro/Pro max ) so i had to look online and I found Amazon to have the best deal. I unboxed my iPhone 14 Pro and I couldn’t believe my eyes as to how flawless the phone was. It had zero and i mean ZERO scratches!!! The screen looked good, camera, battery, sound, and the back finish had zero smudges or scratches. For the price, I am absolutely satisfied. I usually bide my time and wait years to pay for a brand new phone but Apple is asking for essentially a price of a mortgage payment for a new phone…it’s unrealistic. Buying refurbished not only saved me money but it’s better for the environment and Amazon does guarantee a 1 year return which is very gracious and I appreciate that, especially when you’re spending almost $1000 on a phone. The packaging was great and came with a USB cable and wall plug. I’m writing this review because i implore others to try out this opportunity because it’s good for your wallet and the environment. This changed the landscape of my cell phone shopping experience because i no longer have to pay full price for an iPhone from Apple. Apple does have a refurbished/clearance section on their website BUT the availability of their models/sizes/colors is scarce and the prices are still hiked up. I do believe Amazon “Renewed Premium” is the key to ensuring that you will get a high quality phone in good condition. The one thing that i found to be dubious of the shopping experience was that within the packaging, there was a card inside of a paper sleeve that had a bunch of checkboxes for the “technician” to check off all of the functions of the phone that were tested/passed and some of the checkboxes were titled “Touchbar” and “Trackpad”…and they were indeed checked on the checklist. But why? This is not a laptop or macbook and there is no “trackpad” or “touchbar” which leads me to challenge the integrity for the “testing” or “refurbishment” procedures at Amazon. Are they just checking all of the boxes to make it look presentably reliable or are they actually testing the functions of the phone? That’s something to consider. I did, however, test it myself and came to conclude that the phone was all good. Would I trust this process and buy another phone from Amazon, absolutely ! I just wanted to point that out.

There’s no way this was checked out before selling it to me. The phone was seriously defective: overheating badly so it was too hot to touch comfortably, “clunking” when I tried to swipe up, and it would not go past the “hello” message. For a Premium product, this was a real lemon

Premium Renew, came with a MASSIVE scratch all over the screen… Not impressed, third time I got a damaged phone for despit the fact I ordered premium or excellent renewed condition poroduct…

Para ser de 256GB el precio me pareció bastante competitivo comparado con los precios vigentes en México (diciembre 2023-enero 2024). Las condiciones del teléfono son excelentes, como nuevo, no noté ningún rayón ni imperfectos, el único detalle que noté es que las cámaras tenían residuos de algún pegamento, llegué a pensar que quizás habían sido reemplazadas, pero creo que lo más probable es que sea el residuo del pegamento de algún protector para las cámaras. La batería llegó con el 98% pero disminuyó al 96% la primer semana de uso. No obstante el rendimiento de la batería ha sido excelente. Y desde entonces el porcentaje no ha bajado. Sin quejas por ese lado. Los únicos contras, que realmente no son “deal breakers”, es que viene con un cable y cargador genéricos. Yo recomendaría buscar originales de Apple conociendo lo quisquillosos que son los productos Apple con accesorios de otras marcas. Solo funciona con eSIM así que eso es un inconveniente al inicio, pero depende de tu compañía de telefonía, yo tuve que ir a una sucursal a que activaran el teléfono. Llego sin Apple care y con la garantía vencida, pero eso es algo de esperarse con productos usados.
