I used to buy another brand and really enjoyed it then I stopped for a few months then bought this one and wow it’s thicker and that’s good it has great taste too and the energy and clarity and focus was amazing and yes I have to say my sleep has been better and I not been taking for a few days but I thought I read it came with a certificate of third party testing but after looking thru the details again I don’t see that but oh well I highly recommend this product and will buy it again and

This product is sooooo hard and thick that it is almost impossible to get it out of the jar. I rarely use it anymore. I wouldn't recommend it.

Not sure what it's supposed to do but I like the taste. And, if you add it to your coffee you can't taste it at all.

Helps my teeth and bones unlike anything else of my many supplements. Started feeling better after about a month of consistent use. And now been taking SHILAJIT for close to a year. Instead of the included popsicle stick though I use a super tiny baby spoon to scoop it out. Much less messy and more accurate dosing.

I really should have looked into the reviews better. But this stuff is NOT !!! legit Shilajit !!! It's not resin. It's like Carmel ! Like they added sugars or something to this ! It smells for sure like some type of sweetener inside of it that's made it turn into this consistency. This is NOT ! PURE RAW RESIN SHILAJIT!! AND ITS OBVIOUS THAT IT HAS ADDITIVES ! when the box states it DOES NOT !! It doesn't melt and seems to be inaccurate it did have a seal but that seal can be easily put back on the bottle and just put in a box. I do have to say maybe it's ok. But it's NOT. I don't understand why they would send out a Shilajit resin when it's in this form. It's not like others I've gotten in the past and I even asked if this was third party tested before I bought it. I used the RUFUS. AI help to make my decision on this one over the other jar. And I got the worst one. So, it's going to the trash and I'll just buy the other one instead. This isn't what I was expecting and it doesn't look like I should consume it at all. It even has a smell to it that's sweet almost and it doesn't seem right. I don't think you should waste your time, money or health trying this.

I put this in my coffee in the am. It’s amazing for extra energy that won’t make you crash!!! Highly recommend!
