Stopped neck pain
Bought for my father who suffered with neck pain in the mornings. HE LOVES IT. Said his neck felt better after the first night. He now sleeps easier, and appreciates the two different heights ao he can adjust to his preference. Says it is the perfect mix between support and soft comfort. Fits into a normal pillowcase, though does look a bit odd.

Lovely, comfortable pillow.
I have had various, more expensive memory foam pillows but this one beats them all. Whilst it’s firm there’s a certain softness to it that makes very comfortable.Would definitely recommend.

Too low
Not bad, but it's too low for me. I've used it on the highest side, and it was fine at the beginning but with a couple of days it lost a bit of the rigidity and now I feel it even lower.It's tough for me to find a good pillow that leaves my shoulders in a good position. Maybe it works for someone with a narrower back, but otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it.

Not comfortable
Not great both me and partner tried it and it’s a decent pillow but I think the grooves/lines in it make it uncomfortable. I woke up with ear pain a few times in the night.
