Helps with night sweats
I think it helps a lot with my perimenopause symptoms, especially the night sweats. I drink it in my coffee every day and it has no taste. Dissolves easily.

Easy to swallow, helps with menopause
this is a wonderful aid for menopause, especially after hysterectomy. I noticed much less facial hair, as well as aiding with night sweats.

Simple, clean and quite possibly effective for my purposes
I like that this doesn't have a bunch of fillers and additives. No capsule even, just a nearly tasteless powder. I simply add half a scoop to my daily electrolyte drink blend it together with an electric whisk and chug. I like that it is more economical this way and one less pill to swallow. My doctor wanted me to take a minimum of 1,000mg of inositol daily to assist in decreasing the size of an ovarian cyst. I have only used one container so far, but it may be working as the rather large cyst we were monitoring has gone down in size ever so slightly, allowing me to avoid having to have it surgically removed. Will continue to take this daily and hopefully next time I have imaging, the size will have decreased even more.

4th time repurchasing
I have PCOS so I take this for it. My energy is definitely higher when I take it and it helps with my intrusive thoughts a lot of the times. I prefer to take the powder form as opposed th the capsules

Still waiting to notice anything
I haven't really noticed anything while taking this, it has vague direction although there's no taste which is great in the water I'm still having PCOS symptoms especially pain in ovaries and haven't noticed any hair growth. But I am gonna finish the entire jar which is gonna last awhile as the scoop is tiny.
