Fit perfectly and easy installation
It is the exact same size of my old one. The replacement was very easy, and the quality looks great! It was worth it a lot to change the old one. The installation is easy, just remove the old and place the one in the exact same place.

Perfect fit. Not sure if the old one was that clogged, but have definitely noticed improvement in air capture over the stove. Added to subscribe and save to remember to replace a little more frequently.

Better than the original!
I bought this because the original (a whose knows how old Kenmore filter that was here when we bought the house 4 years ago) started to flake apart after one too many runs in the dishwasher. I confess this was one item I didn't do much research on, but the reviews were good, and the price was right. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened it. It's a significantly better filter than the OEM version, with a cloth insert between the meshing. The filter also has a bit more of a bulge to the shape, which I appreciated as the old one could be audibly scraped by the fan if not positioned just so. The cloth filter part doesn't impede the airflow noticeably. The frame is a bit thicker than the old one, but my Kenmore hood's filter frame clip has two levels of notches, a thinner one (old filter) and a fatter notch which was perfect for this one, so no issues there. In short, this is a nice upgrade!

Snug fit but range hood fan quieter.
It fit a little snug, but the thicker filter and tight fit makes the range hood quieter, as it muffles the sound more. I am happy with the product.
