it is good product, but in accurate description, also it seems that it is none-gcc version as it is 2 pin AC Power plug they mentioned that it is 8 in 1 ultra dock but it is only with clean & Dirty water tanks in the dock without the auto-fill and auto-drainage kit, be accurate please as such feature is very important, I will be forced now to return it and buy the less features version which is the S8 Pro Ultra rock dock version which have less sucktion power and no detergent box, however, I can manage it with custom big tank for the auto-refilling by mixing the detergent on it. my house is too much spaces and corners and exposed to dust and I can't keep managing water refill/empty on a daily bases, specially if I am planning to schedule the cleaning on a daily bases. but for small spaces I suggest and recommend to use it, I saw the threshholds climing better then their newer models such as the Q-Revo Curve/Edge as they don't have the mini wheel which is on the body, if they added the adubty lift feature on their S8 version it will be more successfull then the Q-Revo Curve/Edge

Product is good but the plug is not the one used in the UAE, despite the product being sold by Amazon AE. I bought the product on Amazon prime day, the first one came with the correct plug but the item was defective. The pump that sucks the dirty water was not working so the dirty water would be standing around the robot. Since there’s no replacement I had to return it and order again. Amazon would give me the price difference on a gift card. I returned it, Waited for the refund, ordered again and for my surprise, received the wrong item (another model). Returned again, waited for the refund, ordered again. New item wouldn’t turn on….. called Amazon and they did the replacement for the item for me. Now it’s working and I have to spend the 900 aed I wasn’t planning on spending (because I waited til prime day to save money) on Amazon with a gift card. A joke. I might as well use the gift card to get a plug adapter since they sent me the item with one that is not the used on the UAE.

Maintenance brush issue after 20 days! Amazon is not returning telling to contact the customer support. And the customer support has one email lol. Money lost!

Very good product

remarquable efficacité de la detection des pieces et de leur nature. Un logiciel sur smartphone pratique et ergonomique qui permet d'affiner si besoin, la geometrie des pieces , de leur donner un nom et de pouvoir lancer le nettoyage dans la ou les pieces de son choix, avec ou sans lavage du sol. il meme possible de lancer le nettoyage d'une piece en s'adressant oralement à la station de lavage. Cet appareil est efficace. je suis ravi de cette acquisition.

The lidar was defective after 2 months. Send it for repair, and received the product with scratches all over.

I bought the RoboRock S8 MaxV Ultra as a replacement for another brand that had major issues and had to be returned. I was very sceptical spending this amount of money, but was not disappointed. It maps perfectly, cleans brilliantly and is easy to navigate the app. Highly recommended!
