Perfect product to aid in eye care...I notice I use my glasses less when I continue to take this product daily...as a senior that is a bonus...last year I told the eye doctor the prescription he order the year before was not working and I had to use my old prescription he was surprised...it was because of this product

Good ingredients. 3rd Party tested. A great vitamin regardless of cost. 4.5/5.0 Wearing glasses is due to lack of Vitamin A in your body. Your eyes are the only part of the adult body that can make "stem cells" to heal damaged eyes. But for the process to work the Eyes need Vitamin A. I wore glasses for 33 years, and due to a regiment of Vitamins like this product I don't wear glasses anymore. But it took 2 years of taking a supplement to repair themselves. We do not get enough Vitamin A in our diet, so a supplement is needed to have good vision.
