Does this have a really noticable smell like it sister product birchwood casey barricade rust protection oil?

To me it has a very mild smell since it is synthetic. This is the only gun oil I will use so I don't care what it smells like.

Can you use this for pcp guns

Don’t see why not. I use it on all my air guns. I have used a few different oils and this to me is by far the best

Can you use this as a bore cleaner also?

Gun oil is generally not considered a "cleaner" as it's primary function is as a lubricant/protectant. If using a bore snake, there are 2 different locations on it, 1 for cleaner & 1 for oil/lubricant. Hope that helps
