Great product
Great product. Easy to put together, accurate and very easy to use. Was purchased for an elderly individual who must weight himself daily for cardiac reasons - he can easily see the numbers and is able to use the scale despite mild dimentia.

Nice scale
I bought this scale because I take fluid pills and must watch my weight carefully. It was easy to assemble although the manual did not go into enough detail. The only complaint is minor in that you have to stand very still to get an accurate reading - but that's not a real problem. I'm glad I made this purchase and would recommend this medical-quality scale.

Directions for assembly need improvement for adding heith measurement. 2pictures differ and written instructions not clear.

Awful - simply - awful.
#1 The box is stapled with industrial staples - you need a good screwdriver and pliers and lots of muscle to open the box. #2 The box is heavy and difficult to handle. #3 No instructions on how to put the scale together. #4 No instructions on how to convert inches to centimeters. #5 No instructions on how to use the BMI device. #6 No light on the scale - you must be in a lit room to read the dial. #7 No information in any of the three manuals that is of any use to the user. #8 A product designed specifically for the German market. #9 It's too heavy to send back - I wish I could. #10 The worst purchase I ever made from Amazon in my many years of happy shopping. #11 The worst of the worst - the batteries are located on the bottom of the scale so you have to turn the scale upside down when you change batteries [6 AA].

Stay away from this product if you need ease of use and good data
Switching modes is challenging at best. When you try to HOLD the reading you get thrown in the TORRE mode. Very frustrating and dissapointing especially given the price.

Nice Scale
The scale was fairly easy to assemble and very easy to use. I would recommend this scale to anyone needing a reliable scale.

Platform is too small.
this works great and suits its purpose, but I will tell you....the platform is very small, so larger people have trouble getting on it and staying on it. Rethink this product if your seeing large numbers of obese patients like I do.

Compré la báscula en septiembre de 2019, En abril de 2020 falló, la envié al Servico técnico de Seca en México y me comentan que la reparación saldría en 12 mil pesos. No aplica garantía por no haberlo comprado con un distribuidor autorizado. Amazon no se hace responsable, Seca de Estados Unidos nunca contestó. Para un equipo caro, de supuesta buena marca, muy mal servicio.

El producto que recibí no fue lo que esperaba, en la ficha técnica decía que peso maximo era de 300 kg, y el producto que me llego tiene un maximo de 200 kg, a demás de que las instrucciones de armado no corresponden al modelo que llego y también debo mencionar que el instructivo venía recortado, si tuve una mala experiencia
