I love Best Nest supplements/vitamins and the Women's Multi+ is my favorite. Only one per day, which is a huge plus, easy to swallow; and the quality of ingredients compares to the pricier vitamins I sometimes purchase at the local natural food market. I love that this multi has B12 and probiotics (and a lot more) too, all in one pill. No yucky after-taste or burps, and I always feel healthier and more energetic when taking them. Also noticed that I don't seem to catch as many bugs but all the hand-washing could be a part of that too, but still, I feel good! Yes, a little disappointed in the quantity change but not a deal-breaker for me. My health is the most important thing right now and I trust the brand. I'd rather pay a little more for a known good product than try to save a few pennies on something cheaper, without the quality, science, and known good results.

I love these vitamins. They give me energy and they've helped my hair regrow after post-partum loss. The methylated folate had helped with my anxiety as well. They're easy on my stomach and all around great! I took the Best Nest women's multivitamins for over a year and was so sad when Amazon didn't have them for a month. In the interim I tried a different, highly advertised women's vitamin, and after 6 weeks I'd lost so much energy that I've wondered if I was anemic. I was so happy to see the Best Nest ones back, and it looks like they reformulated them into this one and the mama bird prenatals. These Super Hero vitamins do have a strong grass/herbal smell, but it doesn't linger long after you take them. I figure it just means they are extra fresh. ;)

I usually don't leave reviews, however, this time I'm leaving one. This has been my go-to vitamin since Rainbow Light changed their formula. It's been great with most of my nutritional needs being met. I'm kind of suspicious because this batch; the color & smell has changed. The old tablets ( Expiration Date 08/26) had the "vitamin" smell & were light brown. This batch in which I received on April 3rd has an expiration date of 01/28 is totally different texture , color & no smell whatsoever. It's a dark green color. I tried messaging Mama Bird to no avail & have tried calling their customer service line with no response. I inquired if they had changed their formula unbeknownst to their female customers. I hope there are no quality issues with this bottle of Women's Multivitamin+ . **Update on April 7th, 2026**- To be fair, I finally was able to reach out to Mama Bird to express my concerns: I was told that Chlorophyll was added to the vitamins because the older batches were oxidizing & were turning the colors during shipping & opening the product upon delivery. The newer batches(Expiration Date:01/2028) will have little to no smell.

Great Multi Vitamins! They do not contain yeast or soy. They are vegan. No rashes, no itching, no stomach discomfort. I took all my vitamins separately before and I think it was not the right amount for my body because I always felt tired and I had no energy. These Multi Vitamins contain the perfect amount of everything. I love it that I have to take only one capsule per day, instead of taking 6 or more. Since I am taking these Vitamins, I feel really good and I have more energy.

Have been using these since has great probiotic in them, for over 3 yrs. No stomach upset and easy to swallow. I think has made my gastrointestinal system work much better. Gives good energy to me too at age 56. Great company!

This was listed as iodine free. My first bottle did not say this. I trusted and reordered with the blue bottle and was feeling sick and realized it has iodine which I cannot have.

I consider these multi vitamins to be a quality product that I'll be glad to order again. After reading labels, I feel like they have quality ingredients. I've taken them for some time now, and I feel like they've been a good addition to my health. The size is slightly larger than some multi vitamins I've used, but the costing is slick, and I've found them quite easy to swallow. There is little to no flavor and no aftertaste, which is always a plus.

This multivitamin with a more readily absorbed form of Methylfolate has really improved my energy and I can honestly say I feel better, dare I say, younger! I can really tell such a difference that I don't want to be without them. They are more expensive than some but well worth it. I have actually been hiking two hours most days and am not tired. I have noticed less inflammation and pain. I feel like my quality of life has improved with these. There is a strong vitamin smell when the bottle is first opened but just leave the cap on loosely and that dissipates. It's a good idea to take them with food. I take them with yogurt because they can cause nausea. I saw on their webpage that if this happens you can take half a dose until you get used to them. If I don't eat enough with them I do experience nausea, but after taking them for a while and making sure I ate enough that improved. I found if I took them at night I didn't sleep well ( they do give more energy and not in a jittery nervous way either) so I take them in the morning. I don't like to eat much in the AM but I started eating a thick yogurt because honestly they made me feel so much better I would have even dealt with a little nausea! Eating enough when I take them took care of that though. I wish they came in a 60 day supply.
