The product meets expectations, however I did not feel comfortable consuming so many pills daily, they are very large.

Seems to be working
I only take one a day, the recommended 3 is just, too much to swallow. But even just taking one I see improvement in my nails and they are growing faster.

Its ok, just the size is quite big and you should take 4 pills of this one. I'm trying to finishing it but I will not buy again. Compare the size with my other supplements in the photos

These pills are very large and hard to swallow. I usually dont have problems swallowing medication but these are very large and hard to swallow for me. I will not be re purchasing them
