The product meets expectations, however I did not feel comfortable consuming so many pills daily, they are very large.

I have been using Puritan's Pride Hydrolyzed Collagen for a while and am very satisfied with the results. Being type I and III collagen, it is ideal for improving the appearance of the skin, giving it more firmness, and I have also noticed that my nails are much stronger.
