1stly I'm not a puritans pride fan at all. I Personally think there vitamins are trash. I needed a vit B-12 quick and these were very inexpensive. I wasn't looking for much out of them to be honest but WOW! My fatigue subsided within days of taking these. Dealing with vit D deficiency & Anemia i burn out easily & have to consume more vits than most. On my cycle at times it takes alot just to get out of bed it sucks big time :( . Now I'm not stating I'm on the Puritans train BUT I will Buy these again. Don't change the ingredients or the price point and these will stay on my reorder list. Would definitely give these a try guys.

Since I eat plant-based diet, I need a daily B-12 supplement in addition to the nutritional yeast I sometimes sprinkle on foods when I want a cheesy taste. I had been anemic, but this supplement gradually made me better. The brand was recommended by my primary care physician. It certainly did the job. I also put nutritional yeast on some food, but the vitamin tablet gives me a consistent daily dose. The tablets are not big, so they're easy to swallow!

Sorry for this super late review but I just want to tell that this Vit B complex helped me satisfy my vitamin needs. At the time I ordered this, I was experiencing some shaking on the legs up to my feet. Luckily, I have this ordered and taken every single day, keeps my nerves in good shape. One thing to note for this is that the pills are non-film coated which means they tend to get powdery upon contact or dispensing. This is the only downside of it but nonetheless, a staple vitamin supplement for your daily needs.

Still like the Puritan Pride and Horbaach ! It seems to make a difference, the results from the tests showed good.

Value for money. I check other b complex supplements but eventually settled for puritan. Previously I had taken biotin and melatonin from same brand and liked them a lot. So now puritan is my go to brand for vitamin supplements.
