This is a long tried , very safe , herbal formula and it works well most of the time. This formula ,as far as I know , has been used for hundreds of years. I have a feeling that if the man is very run down and low in energy and has a poor diet ,they do not work as well .. but the man I know who uses them all the time is very happy with the results. It is good to be well supplemented in general and well nourished but these do work.
