It actually shines! I bought another one that was flat and just looked silver. I found this one and am so happy I did. I have 2026 Honda civic the screws didn’t fit so I couldn’t use the screws or screw covers. And I have a fl plate and the diamond plate only has two screw openings instead of 4 that are on my fl plate. I still love it even with those minor hiccups.

I don’t know about y’all, but when I searched for license plate frames I noticed that there were a lot of what appeared to be the same frames, in the same box, but with a different logo on the box. I prefer to get as much quality and value for my money as much as the next person so was mildly frustrated. The reviews really didn’t tell me much. Finally I decided to exclude those with a too affordable price and found these. The shiny bits on these frames appear to be glass or crystal. I’m not sure which, but am pretty sure they’re not plastic. This set included extra crystals. An extra screw cover would have been fab. Regardless, I like them - a lot. The picture does not do them justice. They’ve been on my vehicle for a few weeks. The frames (most importantly the crystals) have held up to washing and the screw covers have stayed on, with one exception and that was an installation issue. Luckily my husband is handy and figured out the issue first try (see tips below). Tips for attaching screw covers: The set comes with a clear gasket type washer that the cap pops on to. Be sure to put this piece on the front side of the frame with the flush side against the frame. Make sure the gasket is centered when you tighten the screw otherwise the caps will not want to clip on. If a cap is loose (pulls off easily), give the screw a little turn or two so that the gasket flares a bit more. You’ll know when you’ve got it just right because the cap will make an audible snap sound when attached.

I received my black frame and I am very pleased with the quality, sparkle, price and packaging. I was looking for a quality frame with sparkle and classy looking with the black rhinetones. I also liked that there are matching anti theft caps, which put a nice finishing touch on the frame to cover the screws. The frame has a nice weight to it and not some cheap, light material. I have yet to see how the rhinestones hold up with the car wash. Only thing I had disliked was that the frame only has two holes at the top of the frame for the screws. There is a slight gap between the license and the frame on the bottom, so I will need to get some doubled sided tape to put in between so that it doesn't rattle when I close the trunk. Other than that, I am pleased with my purchase and planning to order another frame in the white rhinestone. I saw some other frames in various brick and mortar stores which were less quality for the same price. I highly recommend this brand and frame.

I love these frames! Even the box is really cool, definitely high class. The frames are beautiful at night when lights shine on them. I love how they look! I want to take a minute and address some things I saw in other reviews that may help future purchasers... Many people mentioned the covers for the screws wouldn't stay on or They couldn't get them on at all. I had no problems but it did take me a minute to figure out how to install them properly. Firstly, the directions were a little misleading as far as the illustration. When you insert the screw into the white plastic cover you have to do it to where the screw is in the base of the cover and the plastic sticks out about a quarter of an inch around the screw. The illustration makes it looks like it goes the opposite way. Also when you go to put the rhinestone caps on, you can't just push them straight on. The best way I can think to describe it is like the lid on a fountain drink. Normally pushing the lid straight down on the cup doesn't work as well as hooking a side of the lid on the edge of the cup and then pushing down towards the opposite side of the cup. When I put the cap on like that there was a click and the cap was definitely on there good and would not pull off. I hope this makes sense. But anyway, these frames are awesome, definitely recommend!

I’m very happy with the black rhinestone license plate frames. They look great on a black car, understated but a flash of brilliance when light hits the holder. My main complaint is that the screws provided did not work. They were too long for my car and the heads of the screws were not big enough to hold the plastic cup or gasket in place, and thus the screw covers would not work. Simple fix thanks to my son’s wide collection of screws. With a shorter length and a bigger head, they hold the license in place and hold the gaskets in place too so that the screw covers now snap on and are secure. I’m happy! As for sturdiness they seem fine but the true test will come with how well the rhinestones stay on through car washes and daily driving.

I waited quite a while to write a review for this product to see how these held up over time. I BOUGHT THESE A YEAR AGO! I’ve purchased less expensive “bling” license plate frames 2 or 3 times in the past and they were all disappointing. They were all make of plastic type “crystals” the were NOT sparkly, all lost the plastic crystals like crazy, and my last inexpensive set just fell apart until there was nothing but a silver metal frame remaining. I decided to try again for an attractive bling license plate frame and chose to spend a little more and hope for the best. These arrived in a beautiful box, and when I took them out I could not believe how each and every stone caught the light and how they sparkled! They look even more amazing on my car. These sparkle in sunlight, overcast days & even at night under the street lights. The fact that they still sparkle and look so beautiful after all this time is just amazing. I’m planning on buying another set to put away for a future vehicle purchase. I’m so happy that I decided to spend a few dollars more and chose these....so worth it!!!

Let me start off saying, my first set was lost. I kept an eye on tracking for 2 weeks and it never turned up. While tracking did inform me the package may have been lost, I still waited. They also gave me the option to request a refund. I went ahead and ordered an new set and they arrived perfectly. I then waited a couple more days to see if the first set would show up but nope, they didn’t. I went ahead and requested a refund and the refund processed the next day. These frames are gorgeous. Easy to install. Screw covers fit perfect. All is good. Even though my first order never showed, that didn’t deter me from repurchasing as I understand some things are out of the sellers hands. I highly recommend this product.

Sadly I have to return these as they are too big for my license plate. It covers up the BC registration sticker and date. It was gorgeous and sturdy, though...I would recommend if it fits.
