I dont know if its a placebo but I think they work. Thyroid still very, very bad though. Takes alot more than just these. Update September 2026 subscribe and save arrived in same bottle, but oulls look completely different. Haven't heard back from anyone on matter other than refund unfortunately.

These black seed oil softgels are so stuck together I can’t even get them out of the bottle. They aren’t stuck to the bottle they are all stuck together. In my life of having opened probably a thousand bottles of supplements I have never experienced this. Amazon issued a refund.
