Ok... These items are cheap to buy! And, in this case, the old saying... 'you get what you pay for' is applicable. Three of the four ratchets failed... they simply buckle and fall apart under pressure.

Quick dispatch these people who give them 1or2 stars obviously don’t know how to set them up and operate them ,and overload them .I find them perfect for a lightweight awning on my caravan and you can also see them easily also what a reasonable price
