EXCELLENT!!!
I had a very complicated retrofit clawfoot tub project. I discovered halfway through the project that I needed additional parts and supplies to make the fixture work. Gotonova provided assistance and advice on what I needed, as well as follow-up emails with support. They have EXCELLENT customer service and provide a quality product!

Good quality and looks
They look great and good craftsmanship in the material. I'm a master plumber so kinda picky with thread quality, these meet my approval standards. Only issues I had was 1/2 threads needed to be longer but made it work for my clawfoot tub
