So glad i bought these analog sticks for the OLED steam deck, they feel noticeably better than the stock sticks, ..they feel stronger & slightly firmer and they sit just a bit lower which feels right to me (i felt the stock sticks were just a bit too tall/high). They have a strong premium quality feel to them, ..very happy with them and fitting them was easy

One quick YouTube tutorial and I had the back plate off the deck and these stick units installed. It’s a simple process, even if you’re not well versed in device disassembly. However, tapping the incredibly small button on the board of the analog stick unit (inside the deck) while gauging the calibration onscreen was quite tricky and fiddly. The button only registering now and then made things difficult and it’s such a small thing to press on the circuit board that you really have to take your time. Once calibrated though the sticks performed really well and act as a great alternative to the standard ones. The elimination of drift and the zero dead zone make these above and beyond the stock sticks. Just be sure to breathe deeply while fitting and calibrating them and you’ll be fine…

Great pair of thomb stics. Easy to setup. I'm using them for 4 months now without a problem. Better then orginal.

I bought a set for my original LED steam deck and when I upgraded to an OLED this was the first modification I made. Work great and feel really responsive. Very pleased.

Not bad, but not sure of the benefits. The centre has a slightly sticknl to it, and one was widely off so needed adjustment to centre and even then needs a fairly wide dead point. Not sure if these are worth it as an upgrade. They certainly do the job as a replacement if you break a stick.

Right stick arrived with a defect and looks like really cheap plastic. Edit: Got a refund for the right stick. After almost 2 months of use, they are still precise, but the feel the touch sensor is really not great. If you only care about the precision and reliability of the hall effect, go for it, but expect lower feel and look compared to valve's.

Muy buenos, una pena no haberlos cambiado antes.. muchísima predicción en shooters... Con los originales se apuntaba muy dificil

Installé en 10 min, calibrer en 5. Fonctionne parfaitement, ils m'ont l'air plus souple que les originaux , je les trouve top !!!

The red cable that connects the joystick to the board is too short. It gets stuck when rotating the joystick and it gives a very unpleasant feeling.

Habe die AKNES Gulikit Hall Effect Joysticks für mein Steam Deck OLED eingebaut. Der Einbau war unkompliziert: Akku getrennt, Rückseite abgeschraubt, Kabel gelöst, alte Sticks raus und neue rein – ca. 20 Minuten pro Seite, kein Löten nötig. Nach Kalibrierung im Controller-Menü laufen sie stabil. Kein Drift mehr, präziser als Originale und Touch-Funktion bleibt erhalten. Funktioniert gut in Games wie Fallout. Solide Alternative zu Originalteilen.
