U.S. Pool Supply Ground Shield 24' Round Heavy Duty Pool Liner Pad for

Purchased this to help protect the bottom of our above ground pool and it has done wonders. Slightly larger than our pool which was a necessity to ensure it would cover the ground all around. Added just enough padding over the rocks that you can't feel the rocks while in the pool either. Light weight, but durable. Easy to unfold and lay out. Would absolutely purchase again.

I wanted to wait until the end of the summer to write a review to see how this held up. And I am impressed! We put up a large temporary pool in our yard but wanted something underneath to protect the pool and the kids’ feet. It lasted all summer and our pool stayed in great condition! There was no leakage. The tricky part was setting it up, but it is doable. Definitely make sure you position the empty pool exactly where you want it before filling it because it WILL NOT move once you start adding water! Overall I would buy again, and we will hopefully use it again next summer.

Seems to be worth the price. I added 3 inches of sand below it when installing my pool. I get a lot of compliments how soft and nice floor is. I am not sure how much this contributed to softness, but I will say it was worth it. Definitely helped limit foot prints when installing liner. Even though I had fine screened sand, impurities were inevitable as it filled and this felt I believe will help protect it.

This pad is perfect for a protective layer between concrete slabs and a pool liner. We used this for an Intex style pool and it should do nicely. It’s not super thick, but thick enough to offer protection from the brush finish of our slab. There are 2 seams in the pad that could show up in the pool floor once it’s settled in, but it’s too soon to tell. We have an 18’ pool and ordered the 18’ pad. The pad extends about 1’ beyond the liner on all sides. For the price point you could easily double up and spend less than some brands. Overall it will do nicely for our situation.

Very disappointed when I opened the package saw how thin it was BUT my mind has been changed !! Very impressed now that the pool has been filled and we got in. You can definitely tell that there’s a pad and it has a little cushion to it. Very happy with it and would definitelyrecommend it.

Exactly as described, fits perfectly

We purchased this item June 8th, 2026. We installed it 4 days after. We purchased the recommended pad to go under it as well. Today is July 11, there is a leak in the pool. No sharp objects whatsoever have been used in there as this pool was used mainly by small children. This is a poor quality. We barely used it a few weeks and it has a leak. They are not allowing a return because the date to return by was July 8th. This is ridiculous, it is our hard earned money that we used, it is equivalent to throwing our money in the garbage. If they do not stand by their product I do not recommend anyone else wasting their money on this!

The liner pad was very simple to install and served well in providing a good buffer from the dirt on the bottom of my pool. Although I thought this pad would be thicker than normal felt pads, I did think it had a bit of additional strength for its thickness. I do wish I would have purchased one larger for my 12X30 above ground pool prior to filling with water because that might have made the installation process slightly less difficult. Overall this is a quality product but do not anticipate an overly-thick cushion.

Works perfect. Waited to review til end of season so I could actually see how it held up. Not a single weed or anything under it! Shockingly durable too. This pool mat is definitely worth purchasing

This pool ground cover is thick, durable and has made a huge difference protecting my pool and creating greater comfort also!

Not impressed with the quality. Far too flimsy. Normally would return but needed to get pool installed. Last year we used weed barrier which was far superior and less costly.

Rather thin. When I pulled it up at the end of the season I had grass stuck and grown through the material.

This pool ground pad is very thin and doesn’t really do much.
