The item Pictured is not the exact item you will recieve. I got a jacked up big wheeled monster truck version not the Stock version as pictured. Item recieved was new. So if you want what is pictured you wont recieve it. If you like monster trucks with big wheels then you will like it. The low rating is not for Quality , Its Because as not even close too what is Pictured.
