Take recommend dose each day.
I've only been on for 3 weeks! I feel a little better energy wise. Hopefully after a few months I'll be able to tell a difference significantly. Also im curious to see what my Vitamin D will be after 3 months. The taste is great! No after taste. Very easy on the GI system as well! Im excited to take these!

Taste delicious!

I must say that I had been very tired and weak. I caught a virus that lasted two plus weeks!
