Update: Their customer service was excellent and truly went the extra mile to help me out. I received another case in a dark blue/navy color, and I love it. After using it for a while, I can say the quality is still great, and the darker color looks really good too. As I mentioned in my original post, I love how sturdy and stylish the case is—the only issue was that the light blue color showed dirt and stains easily. That’s not a problem with the darker color I have now. Original review: Case is sturdy and fit perfectly into the phone. It's a little bit chunky but still looks fine to me. The only regret is that I bought the light blue one. The color is pretty and matches the phone well, but it gets dirty and stained within the first week of use. I only used it for 1 month and then decided to switch to a different brand because how dirty it is. It's still a good case, just don't buy the light blue one.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Considering that I drop my phone at least once a day, I always go for the military-grade cases. I like the two-piece shell, as it makes for an additional layer of protection. It's a great value for the money.

Looks cute

I really like this case, and I have bought 4 or 5 different ones, different brands. This one truly is fingerprint/smudge free, it's heavy duty without feeling bulky, it is not slippery, the screen and camera feels very protected. I wish it came in white!

This case looks great and seems like it would be really protective against drops. I wanted to love it, but for a phone as large as the 12R, I just found it to be way too bulky and unwieldy. It never felt comfortable in my hand and balancing it for one handed use felt like a chore. There is also so much material on the sides that it kind of renders the look/feel of the curved screen useless as you now have sort of a crevice where the phone and case meet which I imagine would collect a lot of dust and debris.

Really pleased with the fit and finish. Navy Blue color is great. Doesn't collect dust at rim of case where curved screen meets case as suggested in another review. Fits tightly. Have dropped the phone multiple times in the case with little damage to case and no damage to phone. I was wary of purchasing given star rating and low review count but took a chance and am very pleased!
