very fragile

This item is very compact and has multiple ports. It is very easy to use. It was shipped securely. It works as described and is very sturdy. The rotation helps a lot in tight spaces like cars and is very flexible. Edit: this was delivered July 9th. 5 days after receiving this product, it stopped working. It stopped rotating as much and springs back a bit. It had a little light turned on when it was plugged in, but it doesn’t do that anymore. My dad had it in his car since it is labeled cars as a use. When he went to work, it was fine, and when he got to work it wasn’t working anymore. We tested it in many plugs with different things plugged in and nothing. After we declared it dead, we opened it to see if there was anything obviously wrong (we aren’t very techy people) and there wasn’t anything wrong. It just stopped working. We also realized that whenever he unplugged it in the morning it was warm, and same as when I unplugged it much later in the day. It only had one or two things plugged in and has 4 ports. If it can’t take two, it DEFINITELY cannot take 4.Overall I’d just like to say to save your money if you feel like the same may happen to you. Although it does feel like it’s good quality, we were mistaken.

Many laptops come with only 2 or 3 USB-A ports (big and rectangular.) This uses one of them and gives you 2 more vacant ports. If you use your port with the blue inner piece, this adapter also has a blue (high speed) USB-A port. It also has one USB-C port. Low cost way to expand laptop USB ports.

I bought this to work in my car because I only have one USB port. It does not work.

Easy way to have multiple usb connections, works great.
