These are excellent brushes. I found it helpful that they have the individual brush's use written on the end. I'm 61 and never used brushes before (I've always used the foam applicators that come with makeup.) I don't know what I'm doing, so it's great that the brushes tell me how they are supposed to be used. There is a great variety of brush types for a low price, so it's perfect for a beginner like me. I've been using them for months now, and have no complaints about their quality. No loose hairs or cheap feel to these brushes. I'm very happy.

I love Elf products. My daughter in love got me started with them when she gave me some face powder and eyebrow pencil at Christmas one year. I now wear nothing else. These brushes are equal to much higher priced make up brushes. In today's world it is great to find great products at lower prices.

Using for aesthetic purposes looks really well

I use the e.l.f. Professional Set of 12 brushes for all of my makeup routine. They blend well and are made of good quality.

Brushes are nice, but the bag these come in has a strong smell so the brushes have to air out before using.

I was quite disappointed with this e.l.f. brush set. As soon as I opened the package, I noticed a strong chemical smell, which was very unpleasant. The bristles also feel much rougher than I expected and are not soft on the skin. For the price, I honestly expected better quality, especially from e.l.f. I have not used the brushes yet because the smell and the texture already put me off.! Unfortunately, this set did not meet my expectations and I will be able to return it.
