Width of product not as stated - I got 41cm not 45cm. Also fittings vs instructions don't seem to function to hold the blind up! Further the blinds seem to be rolled the reverse way, so if the sun-reflective side is on the window the roll is nearer the window, so the blind hangs about 3cm from the glass. The diagrams imply it should be other way round.When queried with the seller, they 'apologise for the inconvenience':They write:Thank you for your message. Unfortunately the detail was missing on this particular offer. It is an overall size of the article, the blind is always 3 - 4 cm smaller. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.They did not comment on the 'inside out' element; did not comment on the installation and told me to find a "depot" to return the product. I am still waiting for further comment.... I am very disappointed on their lack of care and I still cannot see where they have 'updated' their description. Clearly the supplier works in the "blind" industry and might know that "the blind is always 3-4cm smaller than the measurement stated" - but clients only buy blinds every 5 or 10 years (or 20 years in my case) so how on earth should we know this?I hope I get to update this review with a positive resolution shortly, but currently I'm left 4cm short (widthways) with a reverse blind that does not stay hanging on the window when the blind is moved in any way.

The attachments that hold the blind in place and fix to the wall/ window frame were extremely poor quality. They are cheap plastic I thought that they may be metal. You are given screws however no holes in attachments for screws to be used instead a peel of adhesive strip to stick to wall . This was not strong enough to hold the weight of the blind and after 3 hours the blind fell down . Also the pull cord is a beaded plastic cord that is too stiff to move the blind smoothly. Poor product . Would not recommended. I have now got to buy another blind elsewhere .what a waste of money .

Just installed this blind after a having an issue with one of the rollers cracking when I put it together yesterday but still works fine and really blocks out the light. Looks clean.Just be careful when putting it together inserting the rollers either end of the blind as the inside of the blind tube has channels that the teeth on the rollers need to slide into so it goes all the way in. I tired taking it out seeing my error and it cracked! Very brittle but if you do it right the first time you will be fine. Could be included in the instructions but alas a great blind still functions fine.

They look good and do the job well at blocking the light out. The only problem I have is The operation of the pulley isn’t great. There has to be compromises somewhere at this price range but it’s a shame it is in such an integral part of the product. I suppose I can buy new pulleys in future if need be as they are easy to change.

Great for any room in the house, especially come Summer, it keeps the bedrooms cool when that afternoon sunshine is on the bedroom and helps when you have that beautiful early sunrise! In winter it's just as great, keeps the warmth in and makes the room even darker. It's been great during Summer for when our little one has been having her afternoon naps! Highly recommend this product

The screws that come with it are the worst I’ve ever used. First they stripped before fully in and then the heads started snapping off (see photo). If you buy these blinds, go and get some quality screws to use

It took me 5 minutes or so to work out the assembly as the instructions were in numerous languages but not English. Fortunately there are diagrams. Once assembled it was simple to fix to the door. I would have liked it a bit longer but that is my fault for guessing and not measuring.

Fitted to my back door using the no-drilling method - clips and sticky pads seem to hold it firmly in place. Instructions aren't too clear, measuring exactly where to fit the brackets is a little tricky. As supplied, the blind hangs about an inch back from the door rather than flush to it as I'd wanted - however I was able to fix this by completely unrolling the blind and then re-rolling it the other way. Works very well in blocking the hot sun out of the kitchen.
