does this let you apply your foundation easily, and is it good for sensitive skin?

No. It doesn’t allow you to put on foundation easily… even if you wait 15 mins after applying this primer, the application of foundation will cause this primer to pill or ball up on your skin. It’s the strangest primer I’ve ever used. Tried it for 4 days, it did this every day. So disappointed. Sending it back.

I don't think so - it typically says on the bottle if it contains SPF, and I don't see it on this.
