Small crunchy grains
This rice is tasty and nutty. It is more like Bulgar Wheat or Risotto rice in shape than regular rice (see my photo for comparison).It does take longer to cook than regular brown rice. It needs at least 5 more minutes than the cooking instructions say. Any longer and it goes a bit like porridge. I would buy it again to make rice salad but not for curries or chilli, I prefer Basmati for those meals. I liked that it’s a Welsh brand and want to support British businesses.

Nutty goodness
As it’s brown it takes much longer to cook, I do this in a rice cooker so that’s no problem. It’s nutty and delicious, I always use a stock cube for flavour with brown rice.

Disappointed
This bag had a hole in it when it arrived. Very disappointed as the bag must have been burst when it was packed.
