The capsules are very easy to take and within a week I began to feel more positive ans calmer. This natural supplement helped relieve symptoms of stress which have interfered with my sleep patterns over the years. Since starting Eudeamon I am sleeping much better and waking feeling much less anxious than previously. Taking the recommended 4 a day helped me make better choices and notice that I was feeling better.

Made me much more depressed than I was, also didn't help my sleep or eating habits....(short term memory) and I feel dizziness too when.... sorry.

Hadn't tried this before. It recommends 4 a day but I've been taking 2 and definitely fel better for it
