I bought the Lexar Silver Plus 256GB microSDXC mainly for fast file transfers and app storage, and I’m pleasantly surprised that it really does reach the claimed speeds. Tested on a Windows 11 PC with a USB 3.0 reader using CrystalDiskMark, I got around 205 MB/s sequential read and 145–153 MB/s sequential write, which is basically spot on with the “up to 205 MB/s” spec. 4K random performance sits around 9–10 MB/s for both read and write, which is perfectly fine for general app use, cameras, handheld consoles, etc. Usable capacity shows up at about 233 GiB, which is normal for a 256 GB card. So far it’s been completely stable with no disconnects or corrupt files. Overall, if you’re looking for a microSD card that genuinely delivers its advertised transfer speeds and comes with an adapter in the box, this Lexar Silver Plus 256GB is an easy recommendation.

Having a second card also means I can swap them out during longer sessions without worrying about running out of space or interrupting flights. Both cards formatted quickly in the DJI app and were ready to go right out of the box. The 256GB capacity is perfect – I can capture hours of footage on a single card, and with two of them, I hardly ever need to transfer files mid-day. For anyone flying frequently or on longer trips, having a pair of these is incredibly convenient. In terms of performance, the cards live up to their claims. Video transfers back to my laptop are very fast, and the adapter included with each card makes it easy to slot them into my workflow. The read and write speeds are solid and definitely capable of keeping up with drone recording requirements. Most of the time, the video quality from my flights is excellent. The cards handle 4K UHD footage smoothly, and the videos are sharp and clear. Outside of drone use, I also tested one of the cards in an action camera and a handheld console, and both worked perfectly. No glitches, no delays, just smooth high-speed performance. That makes me confident these cards are versatile enough to handle more than just drone recording. Overall, buying two was the right choice for me. I can fly with peace of mind knowing I’ve got reliable storage that’s fast enough for 4K video and spacious enough for long shoots. The occasional glitch keeps this from being absolutely perfect, but considering the price, speed, and DJI’s recommendation, I’d still call it a very good investment for drone pilots.

Quick delivery and good value. Bought this for my DJI Action 4 camera as the cheap SD cards were not compatible and didn't save with decent quality. This one is top quality and was relatively inexpensive. Would buy again.

Hier sollten sich die Händler mal wieder zur Wehr setzten im Sinne des Kunden. Bevor diese Preise so gestiegen waren, konnte man eine gleichwertige Karte für um die 25 Euro Erwerben.

J’ai acheté cette Lexar Silver Plus 256 Go pour ma Nintendo Switch et franchement je suis agréablement surpris. La carte est rapide, les fichiers se transfèrent en quelques secondes et l’enregistrement ne pose aucun souci. Elle inspire confiance : pas de bug, pas de corruption de fichiers, et elle chauffe très peu. L’adaptateur SD fourni est pratique pour vider sur l’ordinateur. Pour le prix, c’est vraiment un excellent choix. Je rachèterai la même sans hésiter.
