Best cushion ever for my painful coccyx bone. I have spent a small fortune on various other cushions, gel, foam, shaped etc, over the years which might help temporarily and then the pain always returns, this is brilliant, instant lasting relief and a great price. I only partially inflate so it looks pretty flat, as when you sit on it the air balances out throughout the cushion. It is hard to inflate, however if you open both valves when inflating it makes it much easier. I have this in my office at home where I typically spend 11 hours a day seated and I have just purchased another for the sofa!

Good price. But you cannot blow it up manually and hard to find adapter to fit

Anyone who claims this cushion is easy to inflate by using your mouth alone must be 7 feet tall with lungs like barrage balloons. I am certain that 99.9% of people will need a pump. I separately bought a pump on Amazon for about £8, frankly it was rubbish and barely had enough power to get it inflated to a soft state. The cushion itself seems to be well made enough to support the weight of someone sitting on it without it deflating. I think it’s probably worth the money at around £10 September 2025. I’ve given it only 3 stars because the description of the item made absolutely no mention of the difficulty you will have in inflating it without the use of a pump.

I was dubious but hopeful as to whether this would help with an inflamed coccyx but oh my goodness it has been a god send . For the first time in weeks I was able to sit comfortably in the same position all evening, such a relief. Small tip I wouldn’t inflate it completely it’s better with a little less air in .
