Works like a charm. It fits on my random chinese hair dryer just great. I have fine light hair, so it would usually blow my hair straight, but the diffuser fixes that. I was worried based on some other reviews that the grippers that hold it onto the dryer would melt, but I’ve seen none of that so far after a couple months of usage!

This is a great diffuser. I love how it easily attaches and doesn’t fall off or overheat while using. It can dry the roots without smashing the curls. It does a great job defining my curls. It’s very sturdy, it fell off the counter a few times and lived to tell the tale with no chips or cracks.

This hair diffuser attachment worked great for the emergency hairdryer. I needed to buy for my daughter who has extremely thick curly hair. It is definitely a great value for the cost. It is extremely efficient in drying the hair very lightweight. Your arm doesn’t get tired while using it and I love that it is the black color so it’s neutral and can go with any hairdryer and I feel like it’s really a nice thick durable plastic that is used to make it

I don't use a blow dryer on my hair in the summer, but it's too cold in the winter to walk out with wet hair. This works really well to dry my roots without frizzing up the ends. It was larger than expected- it's bigger in diameter than my hand. The box says it can be compacted for travel, but there are no directions and i don't want to break it trying. Not a big deal to me either way. It does loosen up a little while using, but I don't use it more than a couple of minutes so it doesn't effect me too much. Maybe my blow dryer has some product on it which is causing it to slide, I should probably clean it either way. Overall, I'm glad I finally got this. Thank you!

It’s okay. It locks great it is kinda big for storage. It says it can retract for storage but can’t figure out where it’s talking about. It is good quality though.

I’ve had a hair dryer but recently found out I should be using a diffuser SO GLAD there’s this option rather than buying a whole new product. It fits easily to my hair dryer, it’s easy to store next to my current hair dryer, and it holds up to the heat really well.

So far so good, my husband was surprised that my hair can have some curl and body. Works great w/my hair dryer.

The diameter of my Revlon hair dryer's shiny plastic nozzle is 2"/5cm across. There is a slight slope to it. Before I put this diffuser on the end, I washed both the silicone pads on the inside of the diffuser, and the end of the hair dryer nozzle. When they were dry, I turned the external ring on the diffuser to open the grips, and placed the nozzle inside. The diffuser grips well. It doesn't slip off, although it does wobble a tiny bit, back and forth because of the slope of the nozzle. I don't know how well it'd grip on matte plastic. There is a little button on the ring of the diffuser, that doesn't have any discernible purpose. It doesn't hold the grips open while you're removing the diffuser, which I'd assume would be its purpose; it doesn't do anything although it does move up and down VERY slightly when you twist the ring. But it's not important. The ring opens and closes the grip, which is all you need. I chose this diffuser over others because of the pattern and size of the holes. I think it gives a softer, more diffused air flow, which is the whole point of a diffuser. The "fingers" coming from the top are a good length to protect the integrity of curls you are trying to form. It is a good diffuser. I'm happy with it.
