Great product, and easy to install.
Sturdy build. Not cheap flimsy rubbish. Simply drill a hole through your wall. Then having disconnected the live, earth and neutral wires thread them through and extend the cable to your mounting point. Drill more holes for the back of the unit and screw in and make water tight with rubber plugs and surrounding rubber seal. Reconnect the live earth and neutral wires, screw in face plate and add more screw seals. Then tighten the wire coupling under the base and neatly add the hammer in the cable tacks throughout the external cable. Job done in 20-30 mins. Looks great and practical. If youโre wanting to use a usb c plug Iโve found that you can use quite deep plugs as long as the sockets are on the bottom and not on the main back. I have one plug with 2usb c and 2 usb sockets, which fit fine with the lid shut.

I love this , it's well made , came with the 10mtr lead which was perfect for what I needed , easy to fit , came with plenty of screws etc , no complaints , works great but is limited on which style of plug it can close the lid on which isn't a problem for me

Handy Outdoor Socket โ Waterproof and Convenient
Picked up this outdoor double socket with a 10m extension lead, and itโs really useful. IP66 waterproof rating means I can safely use it in the garden, even in rainy weather, and the switch with indicator light is a nice touch. Plenty of length to reach around the garden without tripping over wires. Only minor gripe is the plug feels a bit stiff at first, but nothing major. Overall, solid, practical, and makes outdoor DIY or gardening much easier.

Great outdoor socket
Works great easy to put up. Great for the price. Glad I purchased this. Very easy to open and close, looks nice and tidy where placed. Definitely waterproof weather has tested that for me.
