UPDATED NEXT DAY - Not too sure about this
So here's the update from yesterday (see at the bottom of this). To keep from having a disappointed grandson we decided to take it out of the box, put batteries in it, and make sure it works. After doing this I had to take it away from the husband. It's a really funny toy. It doesn't seem to be very durable but time will tell. You know how little boys are. The disappointing part is that it's in a plain brown box so it won't have the new toy look in its original packing, but honestly, what toddler cares about that. It's a grown up thing mostly. Lol (1st review) After reading reviews I kind of wished I had done it before buying. I just got in today. It's an Xmas gift for our grandson. The "Try Me" feature doesn't work. That usually happens when it's in a store and people keep trying it. However, that shouldn't be the case with this. The only way to know if it works is to take apart the box it's strapped in to put batteries in it to try. By doing this the holiday visual part of unwrapping the gift looking brand new is ruined. I'll do another review once I decide how I'm going to handle this situation and if it even works. Right now, though, I'm not impressed.

Broke in 2 days of light play
Got this awhile ago and stuck it away for my sons bday. He opened it 2 days ago. Today 2 of the controls on it just stopped working. He didn't even get to play with it much so sad.

Awesome toy with awesome features
My grandson has begged for a crane to complete his truck collection. He was ecstatic to get this for Christmas and played with it all day. It is durable for this rough guy. It is the size of all his other trucks and perfect for a 5 year old. No issues and he is rough on toys. This has held up great for months. Great gift!

broke it immediately
My 3 year old loves this thing. He tries to carry it around everywhere but he struggles because it's huge. Great truck but 2 of the features broke before we even got to put in the batteries because he carried it by the neck of the crane. but he still loves it

Three year old son plays with this everyday all day ! Inside and outside ! All the maxx action Toys are great for little exploring , machinery loving kiddos !

Ok
Crane came broken in two different places. My toddler also gets frustrated because levers are backwards. Down in up and up is down. Quite confusing for him.
