If you want a safe, simple, and reliable way to secure your home, this is the lock for you. Installation was a breeze—honestly easier than assembling most kids’ toys. The product worked as expected, though full disclosure, it did require a bit of tinkering to get everything dialed in. The app was quick to install, intuitive to use, and made managing the locks surprisingly convenient. If you use Alexa, make sure you grab the extra component that lets you lock and unlock your doors from anywhere. It’s worth it for the added flexibility. In short, give these locks a try if you want to keep intruders out while still giving yourself an easy, hassle‑free way to get in anytime you need.

Got this for our back door. It was easy to set up and I love that it is easy for the kids to get in the house without having to carry keys while they’re out playing with friends. They love the fingerprint feature. It doesn’t always work with our youngest, but she mainly uses the code. We wish we had gotten it sooner!

I have purchased A LOT of smart locks in the last decade upgrading my smart home. I have never really found one that I liked. Whether it be for battery, life, connectivity, or functionality. Well, this lock does have a drawbacks, it has been the best lock I have ever owned. The battery life is crazy good. My previous lock I had to replace the batteries every few months. Most of my other locks only lasted about a half a year. With this lock, I put in used batteries 75% full and it’s been 6 months already and it’s at 45% life still according to the app. The only thing I don’t like about the lock is that it requires a secondary hub in order to have smart home connectivity and the locking and unlocking is very confusing. It’s not like every other smart home company where it’s very straightforward. It also really doesn’t tell you if the lock in an unlocked or locked status in the app. You have to query the lock for it to send a signal of it’s state. The engineers could do a better job with these issues. For that, they are getting one star deducted. The fingerprint works amazing. Very rarely does it fail. However, the annoying thing is the fingerprint will only unlock. It will not lock. This is something the engineer should also fix as when it comes to elderly people, it is very confusing for them. The other drawback is if you accidentally try to lock the door with your finger, you have to wait about 30 seconds before you can lock the door using the pound key as the lock gets confused. These are minor drawbacks. Engineering should look into these issues because they can all be corrected.

I want everyone to know how happy I am with this company. The locks worked beautifully, and when one of them gave me trouble the manufacturer of the lock absolutely stood up behind their product and insured everything was perfect on my end. This is old school service that you just don’t see anymore. 100% every lock I buy moving forward will be from this organization.

The lock looks incredible the door knob looks sleek and modern but still sturdy which I love. I did run into a little bit of difficulty installing it when it came to the lock functioning so I gave customer support a call and got the most amazing customer service representative, April! She was super patient and figured out what was going on within minutes but she didn't just stop there she made sure to walk me through the app and the functions so I was more confident and set up with every feature. I feel like there's a lot of these locks that I could have chosen but I chose so well not just because of the quality and the function of it but because of April and her help getting this installed and working appropriately. They're a small company and when you need help you actually talk to a person that is really invested in helping you. If you are on the fence about buying this lock, don't be, just get it. As a matter of fact, I'm kind of bummed out I don't have more doors that I can put these locks on, it is the coolest thing!

Check your dimensions. This was the second lock assembly I installed in a day. The first one was a long handle front door lock that required some drilling for the bottom fastener. The non-locking handle was installed first. If you’ve never done it and you’re replacing an existing knob; take note of the striker and latch placement/orientation of your old setup and do it the same. The electronic side, I test fit the bolt first. Everything looked good on the door side so I proceeded to install the exterior portion. Pulled the wire through the slot and attached the holding plate, plugged the wire into the circuit board and installed the interior portion. Now here’s an old handyman trick that one might find useful. Don’t tighten each part as you go. If you’ve got everything tight where it can’t move then it becomes difficult to blindly start fasteners that go through the assembly. Once you have everything in place and started then you can torque down the fasteners and square everything up. On this door whoever installed the casing did a less than professional job. The bolt striker plate was never fully chiseled out so I’ve still got that to do , but it locks and functions as it is. I’ll finish that this weekend. When programming codes for permanent family members needing access go to the “custom” tab. This allows you to input a number where “generate” just throws a random 6 digit number. Key fobs. I have my wife and my in-laws in my house so I needed/wanted 4 key fobs. Well I bought locks for two doors and each came with 2 fobs so no need to order extras. I had no problems setting up the fingerprint recognition. On my self I used two different fingers as I’m subject to injuries and filth in my work so if one doesn’t work I can use the other. The only connectivity issue I had was I set the dip switch for a left handed door because it’s a left handed door. First test it operated as a right handed door so I switched it in the app. The second test it operated as a right handed door again. I also went to check my admin code and when I hit the first number the lock actuated. Time to use the reset key. After the reset and do over everything operated as designed. The only feature I haven’t tried in programming that I will use as I add more locks is the upload from another lock feature. If that works it should make life much easier than trying to get each person to scan fingers and fobs on each lock.

Works perfectly. I love all the features and security. Also very easy to install. Smart features that open the door when you are near by. Heavy and durable.
